What do you like best about the product?
The conversations inbox, customer ticketing system, and feedback surveys all help to keep things organized and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to purcahse more seats when you have a larger team so everything is located in one platform. Would be great when you purcahse the platform you were not limited to a number of seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our customers are taken care of and it is follow through from beinging to end. Including followups.

Its easy for mailing, extracting report, feed back and more accurately the notes and tasks to follow up is fantastic

The mail doesnt provide a "Draft and Table" creation, which dissapoints me

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy to use user interface. Everything is easily accesible and also very customizable. The reporting capabilities are also really great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel integrations could be improved and also the surveys to allow more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all our active customers and their corresponding information. Having a centralized sales and expansion pipeline. Use of templates for having more efficient processes.

the simplicity from the tool, the vision from the contacts, tickets, deals, you can understand whats happening.

better reports and also properties from timeline, like first reply without saturday and sunday, properties for chats attendance

What do you like best about the product?
HUbSpot now has enhanced knowledge base tools that let teams publish searchable FAQ articles and multimedia help content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some apps do not integrate as seamlessly with HubSpot Service as others, though this is not necessarily a HubSpot-specific limitation. Additionally, the Conversations inbox does not always automatically sync with Service/Sales tickets; however, I’ve been able to implement a reliable workaround to manage this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps analyze important metrics, generate useful workflows and surveys, and filter into an easy to setup dashboard. This helps identify areas of strength, and those in which focus is necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very effective and efficient to use, it keeps all of our information organized and allows you to see organize what is happening with pipelines/sales and contact information/history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Hubspot is easy to use and is very organized, a great solution for sales teams that need to organize thier records and information. Being able to see everything, such as email records, is important for a sales team to work togther effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving communication problems for our organization and clients - it allows us as users to communicate directly with customers, keeping records organized and clear.
