Simply the most effective CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The service hub allows you to add all the bells and whistles that you generally get through other platforms (i.e. intercom, etc.), but allows you to keep it centrally located within your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and interface of the Knowledge Base can be improved to allow for further customizations. Would be great if we can add additional customizations that does not require coding and/or scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is giving us all the add-ons that we would generally source elsewhere from varying platforms in one central hub. We can add a Help Desk, Live Chat, etc. without having to worry about additional subscriptions. Again, the Live Chat within hubspot is great as we can put those individuals directly into our CRM and start automated sequences. Huge plus with the CRM integration.

Gathering feedback for improving customer experience - we use the Service Hub to create surveys and collect valuable insights from customers

Not a lot of customization from a branding and design perspective

Collection of data on our customers and being able to see a holistic snapshop of how they interact with our brand

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot in general is the most easy to use CrM in general. Service Hub is no exception.

Creating ticket Workflows and automation with ease helps create more efficient customer facing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to dislike, but having more organizational options for multiuser work and tracking would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding Workflows and internal project management has helped keep the customer facing org on track and has reduced previously experienced silos which created poor communication.

Brought on HubSpot to consolidate operations

What do you like best about the product?
The primary motivation for bringing HubSpot into our organization was that we had lots of fractured and siloed processes across mutlitple services and platforms, and even though we are a small organization, different teams had zero visibility into what anyone else was doing. I like that it has centralized all of our client-facing operations, and it is user-friendly enough that adoption has been above expecations.

The HubSpot team has been very responsive and knowledgeable throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a couple features that I was surprised as a new user to find - the "Documents" feature will always display a HubSpot URL instead of being able to uses your custom domain [technically part of Sales Hub, but useful for Service], and you can't insert tables into the in-app email editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our shared inbox system was no longer working as our org grew and became more complicated, and Hubspot has helped us decrease dropped balls and response time significantly.

Good basic Technical Support ticketing system

What do you like best about the product?
Full integration with all of our customers across our Sales and Marketing departments/efforts. Really nice user interface especially around workflows and dashboards. Good basic Chat tool that integrates with tickets. Great Support team when help is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need stronger reporting and dashboard abilities. More "OR" capabilities in report filtering. Ability to trask ticket SLAs with business hours in mind. Chat tool needs to have ability to queue customers to wait for the next available chat representative. Knowledge base is basic and could use some more like having internal and external articles. Need a Community module to help track our Community forums and discussions and feature request ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to customers issues and questions on our product. Keeping track of our Knowledge and allowing customers to search it for self-service.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use it, it helps a lot in the administrtion of your deals. The tasks and all the properties, are really easy to use and understand. It really great.

Sometimes the platform has some issues. sometimes it does not work and the platform has some errors, sometimes it is not that easy to learn some feautures, but

The main issue that helps solving it is the organization that you can have in all your deals as well as de follow up od the tasks so you can have a better performance

What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: HubSpot Service Hub provides an easy way for our clients to contact us, and report issues they may be having, so we can promptly address their concerns and come up with a quick resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous Response: It takes a little while to get the hang of navigating HubSpot Service Hub, but there are tutorials to help you do so, and when you've got it, it's very easy going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub provides a way for us to gather information on client issues, create service tickets, and manage those service tickets in a well laid out and organized pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped us connect and track all the chats, e-mails, calls, and requests from our leads and customers, making it easy for us to have all the info needed and analyze our service agent team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think on any downside, maybe if its your first time using it, probably you will need help from an expert to make the configuration quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our contact channels in one place, from e-mail to calling. This has allow has to have a better tracking of our customers and increase our sales.
