Great mid-level CRM and Ticket system

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other products, ease of setup and use and out of box metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization on basic forms, no conditional requirements, app ticket categories do not match app for form entry. Customer portal is very bare bones and almost unusable out of the box. Emails to past tickets do not open new tickets and that should be configurable to reopen ticket or start new ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages all customer service aspects in our org. Help desk users, implemtatiom tickets, customer support, knowledge base articles and a customer chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant notifications and helpbot sorts basic questions and information to further investigate the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get more vibrant with the layout, so we know where and what we are looking for

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is, it is really easy and straightforward to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer greater website customization availability for knowledge base. I would like to customize how the final page looks, but there seems to be some limited options for doing so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving user issues, they are able to look to our knowledge base (provided through Hubspot) to fix their issues without having to reach out directly to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlining of connecting contacts with tickets. Having information available to store information for clients in different views, allows each user to have a unique look at the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of features for the ticketing system. There needs to be some more focus towards having better automization with tickets and forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of needing to keep track of tickets that clients put in for help. Each user can keep track of their tickets and automate following up and get notifications on responses.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is how responsive HubSPot help is. Whenever I have an enquiry, they're always speedy and helpful whatever it may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish things were easier to find. Sometimes, if I need a quick answer, things may not always be readily accessible immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email marketing performance. HubSpot helps identify and set-up testing plans in order to ensure maximum performance. It improves my productivity and allows me to maximise my time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a useful way to contact and keep track of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar sometimes does not function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of sales funnels! We're able to spot users who need to be contacted. I'd say I'm more productive using hubspot, and our business performance has increased.

- Don't have the option to make feedback embed in email with the flexibility in question design.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to do tasks and schedule them. I also like the way email is built in on to the customer's accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When going to email inbox it is extremely slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order status and sending customers emails. It is almost our all in one tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great since it is an all in one tool for businesses! Highly recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
This a very customisable feature. One of the things I really like is the posibility to update the Knowledge Base. Also, the Feedback survey are easy to integrate within Chatbots and Workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing or updating the Knowledge Base multilanguage feature wasn't user-friendly or as intuitive as other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub is helping us solve multiple teams' tickets and customer support needs including completing forms and survey feeds.
