What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for people without previous experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive when a team or a company grows. You should find or create a new cheap tear for a company to use HS as the operating system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications and continuous updates. Great dashboards and great features. Easy to use.

Having everything for Customer Experience in one place - chat, tickets, emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling from Hubspot - super usefull when you want to record - byt very priecy.

Managing Clients lifecycle, gettin g to know their opinion and being in contact with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to send quick NPS surveys to get valuable feedback on projects and client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind for me............
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers being able to give quick and easy NPS surveys which gives a snapshot of how the customer is feeling within the project journey :)
No direct business increase, but valuable feedback from client is gained

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ability to integrate with many other services and Automation! Yes, it's really the Automation that got me hooked. As one of the ops people in the company, it got significant for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be really slow at times, especially if you have many active tabs, and if you are working remotely, you'll need to find a strong internet connection! Otherwise, your work may not load properly, or action items may not save the way you like them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer interaction, of course! It's been a great help in managing new leads, contacting them, and reaching out whenever we need to. With the nature of our business, communication is vital, and Hubspot helped us with that!

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's really easy to use, and with the different offerings of templates it makes it very easy to get up and running quickly. I found that it was even easy to go template-less and build my own thing too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot of work to set up as well. While the learning/understanding is easy, the ease can quickly erode when one creates things for the needs now versus being able to scale. Being hamstrung by what you thought you needed has been tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single place for both self-service and for reaching out to customers that have issues with our product.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub delivers exceptional speed and reliability for customer service. Its ticketing system ensures prompt responses, while the intuitive knowledge base empowers customers to find solutions independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement in HubSpot Service Hub is the organization of email threads. Following conversations can be challenging due to the lack of clear structure and visual indicators. Simplifying the email thread management would enhance the user experience and streamline communication.

HubSpot Service Hub empowers level 1 support teams with efficient ticket management, a robust knowledge base, and real-time engagement tools. It enhances our performance and enables exceptional customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of emails is extremely insightful. Being able to send out CSAT directly from the app is also a huge time saver. The connections/automations into Monday.com are a huge asset to our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design it a bit clunky. Could be sleeker. Sometimes it's hard to find some services, but I can see that all the things I need are there. Easier navigation would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is allowing us to streamline our contracts process into our programme governance with ease. Organises our pipelines and lets us move from start up to scale up.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Very helpfull staff during sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user friendly. When you try to cancel the subscription they do not reply any more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Itended to use for our support ticket system, live chat and onboarding follow ups. Very difficult to keep track of cases. Thread get mixed in the system! Business performance has gotten worse and we will swap with another system asap.
