I am quite new to hubspot so the service hub helps guide me through when I'm not sure how to use it fully

What do you like best about the product?
Remain a great flexible tool... if you have the money!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot forced a change and the way they charge their clients. Nothing has been explained, and every useful feature became an option you have to pay for. We've lost access to many little things here and there that we used a lot but that all became parts of additional packages Hubspot wants to charge us for. It is becoming very painful to see Hubspot focusing more on how much they can charge us rather than how can they assist us making our business grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of truth, all data about our clients/users are accessible in a single tool by everyone within our company.

Useful but hard to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I still find it hard to follow an email thread. To find the first or subsequent emails sent. Every now and then I am told I am 'leader' of an account or owner and I have no idea why. (I dont work in sales, I am a UX researcher so shouldnt be leader or owner of anything)
What do you dislike about the product?
As said above, I would like to be able to follow email threads more easily. I find the ticket logging quite daunting but I have heard the Support and training for Hubspot is quite good - I intend to use it soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see when a client has last contacted us and who on our team responded to them. It stops us from over messaging a client and we can see what issues have been raised.

Very self service, all features and tools are very self service and Don’t require technical input

The reporting and data function needs some work. The AI functionality could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
I find the automation to be quite powerful meaning I can implement helpful 'set and forget' background processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting could be better, a reports market place where reports cold be shared would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us perfect our sales to service transition by having continuiting from pipeline into service.

Hubspot is a great CRM for a scale up company

What do you like best about the product?
The shared inbox allows us to connect all communication channels we need. The tickets and workflows are also pretty reliable, which is crucial for us. We also use customer surveys extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks critical organization features for customer service agents, and it is not straightforward to pull statistics on the customer service team's performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub helps to organize customer requests and tailor our operations to specific scenarios, such as general customer support of after-sales services.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to keep track of emails, the forms are really useful for capturing relevant information for onboarding customers and the use of the templates is a really good way to store the different email formats that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are not necessary for us but this is not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer information is easy and it is simple to edit the forms.

Hubspot services is a good complement for Hubspot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I can associate tickets directly to my contacts and deals in Hubspot. I get a full customer Journey overview in one snapshot. Migrating to Hubspot service aloud us to consolidate systems and optimize our customer journey process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal comments form conversations do not migrate from inbox to the ticket record as notes and the conversation view is minimized by default which can be frustrating.
