What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. It also allows me to get ahold of a real person if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are just too many nuances and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service is helping me create a renewals department and accurately forecasting upcoming renewals.

Great organization in my day to day processes with HubSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that once I get a new client, I can manage them, their contacts, training schedules, and check-ins with HubSpot. All of my emails are logged for each of my clients. This lets me know when I need to check in on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
After going to HubSpot Academy I understood more about the processes and day -to- day functionality. Some of the work flows are a little challenging if you have not done so though. Hubspot is "mostly" user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and tracking of the level of training for each client. Timeline for check-in calls and monitoring of emails and conversations for clients. Lists of clients and contact information.

I would like to be able to select the top contacts to show in the company view.

I can keep up to date with the contact and follow other conversations from marketing and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ticket feature; I can create tickets for whatever the customer needs immediately after receiving customer service messages. Love the platform and its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd really like an option not to send a message instantly if I press enter. I'd like it to create a new line in the chatbox rather than sending the message. Keeps making awkward messages. Also, a dark mode would be excellent. I don't think you guys have one yet, correct?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping conversations with customers straightforward. Anything chat-related and impacting our marketing site can go through our Hubspot pipeline and give us quick and easy feedback, etc.

Hubspot is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collect a lot of data from users, and use it. I can see ticket history, if they cancel we can use the data later to try to get them back, it shows us what things they view in the knowledge base. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit buggy for me. I often find that at least once a day my keyboard get stuck on an email and I have to reboot the screen. This is my biggest hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think hubspot does a lot for us. It helps us group a lot of data in one place, it also allows us to host our knowledge base. We do our phones and chat through HubSpot so it's a one stop shop for us.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot is how well integrated the whole system is. You're never more than a click away from accessing different components of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve to get fully up to speed on all the features but the Academy resources are really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating marketing emails to be able to send contextual content to a growing audience.

An Incredible Amount of Tools in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
Service hub combines many different tools into one place, and that makes the entire system more powerful. Having chat, knowledge base, email, and your CRM in one place makes the whole solution better than the sum of it's parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions are a constant issue, as I'm often times having to figure out our internal user's permissions on why they can't view certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to give users a unified experience when they need support.

What do you like best about the product?
The service hub is super helpful, it allows my team to connect, assign tasks, and set deadlines for goals that we have internally.

Haven't found anything I dislike so far!

Hubspot service allows me to get the help I need when I need it! It makes the platform very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
And also generate tickets and asign to an specific person, and create reports to determinate the principal category or the activities of each person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more flexibility to design for the content library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For surveys: identify the level of customer satisfaction.

For the knowledge base: provide a self-service source of information for customers.

For the help desk: have control and administration of the tickets that each contact has.
