Hubspot is a good CRM system that streamlines

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage and streamline accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
a limit on the daily squences shgould be increased. We should have option to send 1,000 per day instead of 500 as we have quite alot of workload and clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub continues to be our Support Desk ticketing system. Now that we have been able to build up some historical data, we have been able to better leverage the reporting capabilities to help track ticket volume, resolution time, and determine ticket type.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that some of the APIs do not really work and have caused some issues with integrations. Not as seamless as we had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub enables our clients to submit support tickets and for us to track and monitor these issues through closed status. We like the metrics that we can pull and having a record of all communications related to each ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing service and knowledge base.

My team can work together to quickly update and publish fresh articles online. Additionally, the Tickets are quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still looking for the same. but I am sure, I won't find anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track the number of emails each team member must respond to, the tickets we receive via support email, the keywords we should include in our self-help public resources, and more with Hubspot's assistance. Create content in multiple languages; it's a plus. use numerous live conversations

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the CRM is very comprehensive and everything is integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes updates get stuck and not all integrations work like in the case of cloudtalk

What do you like best about the product?
The good side of using HubSpot is that we can easily find all details you need about the contact and company.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub lacks a lot of basic things that would make chatting/ ticketing and reporting much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to HubSpot Service Hub, we have everything in one place which improved the efficiency of working with clients and our internal order.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub allows both our support and sales teams to have complete visibility into our clients, contacts, deals, and support tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows can be limiting and the filtering of emails from the shared inboxes is wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have access to our support tickets in our CRM. This allows for our sales team to easily identify and assist when clients have support issues.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about HubSpot is the amount and variety of courses. Furthermore, you can Integrate HubSpot with a lot of apps. Easy and friendly once you learn how to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I have found a bit of a downside about HubSpot is that the forms and designs are very plain and sometimes can limit your creativity and the fresh look you want to give to your EDMs or Webpage, for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us to integrate, read, share and organize our data. Also, to communicate and create customer forms etc

What do you like best about the product?
Capacity to deal with many conversations at the same time. Power to connect chatflows and forms to our inbox. Ability to manage availability and create new builds and surveys. The power to build the knowledge base and to have good dashboards for data tracking is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has some design limitations for chatflows and knowledge base. Also, when we migrated from our previous provider to it, bringing the data was pretty hard. Much information was lost and we need to keep fixing it. Not being able to close bulk conversations and/or send templates in bulk for conversations makes the daily job harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Give a better experience for our customers by chat and a knowledge base. By giving us more data insights and by making it possible for us to better manage our operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot because it is easy to pick up where something was left off. For example, if a colleague is ever out of the office and we need to follow up on an inquiry, we can easily do so! HubSpot is an excellent tool for companies with a strong focus on sales and growing relationships with prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes it is not the most user-friendly platform. It can be hard to track "open conversations" assigned to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would really like the option for emails to be sent with high importance. Also, sometimes if I am pasting a template with screenshots, the screenshots will not paste in the text body.
