What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can pull up any report that we want. We only need to worry about putting all the data in site
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. But I think the integration aspect can be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly reports. We don't need to hire a business analyst to pull up all the reports we need. HubSpot automates it for us!

I do not dislike anything about HubSpot Service Hub.

We use the Knowledge Base as our FAQ.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, reliable solution that allows success managers to create authentic customer experiences and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit complicated when it comes to the sheer amount of things you can do with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management and storage of help articles that alleviates the customer success team and allows users to help themselves without having to rely on a specialist. Thanks to the HubSpot Service Hub, solutions and answers are readily available at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
The email inbox, ability to respond or comment for those within the team to assist with emails that need additional attention. The ticketing and KB systems have great potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some issues with contacts, particularly how they are managed, labled and filtered. It needs some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bugs that I have found in the platform and errors with the customer tags.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has the best customer service - hands down. It is easy to reach them via phone, email, or chat. Their knowledge base is one of the most robust I've seen, yet it is still straightforward to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I dislike about HubSpot Service Hub!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub makes it extremely easy to get the answers I need when I need them.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it connects with our other platforms and keeps me organized during the course of my workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could select enter when sending specific messages; for example, you can choose enter when sending a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are saving me from having to use paper to organize our patients.

What do you like best about the product?
Affordability and flexibility was important for us. We already used Hubspot for our website and content, so the Service Hub was a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we could have more control over customizing elements. But as it is, it' works fairly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system to host articles that could easily be searched by our customers. The service does the job well.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Service Hub Knowledge Base is essential for our clients. It is so easy to add articles, edit articles, and display information in the correct way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Feedback Surveys lack a little bit of functionality, but we still use them when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub solved all of our issues with FAQ documentation. Organization of those critical knowledge base articles is key to our customers and team. It is so easy for the team to add new articles and update old ones. We are also starting to use Tickets, which will eventually help our Customer Success Team.

Hubspot is doing things differently

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of getting started. Out of the box it is all intuitive, and you can get a working helpdesk set up in a few hours, and with some development skills you can fully customize the look and feel of almost every aspect of your helpdesk and knowledge base pages. A lot of data you can use to improve the helpdesk , and useful notifications are working almost out of the box, and if you get stuck , the support is super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you want to go deeper into customizing the experience for your end users, it can get tricky. The out of the box templates and modifications you can do, do have some severe limitations you would expect from a helpdesk.
The set up of a working helpdesk is easy.
Certain features which you think are required for ANY helpdesk solution , are simply not there out of the box, or are not there, but it is not a show stopper by any means.
Hubspot does things a little different and it is a learning curve.
With all the integrations to your sales and marketing tools, there is hardly a point to ignore hubspot as a serious player in that segment. We love it.
