Hubspot Service Hub has levelled up our customer service

What do you like best about the product?
It allows all communications to be in one place, meaning our customer service teams and sales teams are connected with their communications.
The ability to build a knowledge base for our customers to view via livechat is extremely useful, and reduces the amount of time answering FAQs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option for anonymous feedback surveys, this would be a useful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is allowing us to service our clients much more efficiently with easy-to-use tools. Historically, there has been a disconnected between our teams but Hubspot opens this up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new layouts. It is super clean and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot still needs to improve their ticketing reviews. We would love to be able to ask clients for reviews on support but HubSpot lacks the function to make the review request random.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for quick and easy ticketing, and it makes replying to our clients easier.

Great Overview on Service Pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility and reporting functionality of everything service related is a great aspect of Hubspot. We utilize various ticket pipelines that are all managed by different departments and it has great visibility, accountability and insights into performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some functionalities that lack a few things such as visibility around individual performances when there are shared inboxes managed via the ticket pipelines. It is not as easy to attribute individual tasks sometimes when there are shared inboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One aspect that we have been waiting on for a while when it comes to service hub is the knowledge base. multiple Knowledgebases always require an additional account which is not ideal due to extra costs associated with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Building a good knowledge base is quick and efficient. Our pages are linked in our support chat to instantly help our customers find the relevant information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several locations for the tickets, I'm not sure why, some can be found under support tickets, others are in help desk, it's a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help us answer user's issues in an immediate manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub proved to be extremely helpful in setting up my pipeline and effectively managing tickets. I successfully implemented automation to generate tickets automatically upon winning a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have individual environments for each pipeline, as modifying one ticket pipeline currently affects all other pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have successfully created a pipeline that accurately identifies the onboarding stage for each customer, allowing for efficient tracking of different onboarding and implementation phases.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had good feedback from our customers on the standard of the Knowledge Base improving since we've started using Hubspot. It is simple and easy to use, and also easy to teach new starters to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like further data insights as they are quite basic at the moment. I would also like to have to ablilty to roll back articles for the Knowledge Base, as we have previously lost copy and videos on articles and were unable to roll back and retrieve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use the Service Hub for customers to self serve and take the strain off of our CSMs and Customer Experience teams. We have seen the number of calls and emails reduce as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use, variety of useful functions

Takes some getting used to when you first come to use it, the occasional bug can be annoying

Organisation of customers accounts, being able to view the stages of orders and note activity that can be viewed later on

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Customer Success Manager, and I love how multiple departments make use of the software, especially with the Sales team. It helps me keep track of various clients and where they are in their journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more integration opportunities with external software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves our Customer Relationship Management issues. Having customer interactions, meetings and tasks with reminders in one place is helpful. Being able to take meeting notes and share this with others.
