I like ACCELQ for its user-friendly and codeless automation approach, which makes testing easier and faster. It streamlines test creation and execution without needing advanced programming skills and supports strong collaboration among team members. Its ability to provide accurate and reliable testing results is helpful. Plus, the platform helps automate software testing and improve test coverage, creating, managing, and executing test cases with ease. It speeds up the testing process and helps identify bugs early, improving software quality. I also appreciate how ACCELQ integrates with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, BrowserStack, and Sauce Labs to enhance testing and development workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved in ACCELQ is its learning curve for new users, as some advanced features can be slightly complex to understand. The platform interface can sometimes feel slow when handling large test suites. More detailed documentation or tutorials would help users get started faster. Additionally, expanding integration options with other tools could make it even more flexible.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially around understanding how ACCELQ structures test logic and flows. Some advanced configurations could also benefit from clearer documentation or more in app guidance once you are past onboarding, it is smooth, but initial setup can feel slightly overwhelming for first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACCELQ helps us reduce dependency on heavy scripting and fragmented testing tools. Before using it, our testing process was slower and more siloed between QA and development.
With ACCELQ, We've improved collaboration accross teams, shortened regresion cycles, and increased test coverage without increasing headcount. The DevOPs integration ensures tests run consistently as part of our delivery pipeline, which has helped us catch issues earlier and release with more confidence.

Effortless Testing with Codeless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like ACCELQ's codeless automation approach and user-friendly interface, which makes test creation quick and simple for everyone. It helps both technical and non-technical team members to create and manage tests without needing programming skills. This allows us to build test cases faster, reduce dependency on developers, and quickly update tests whenever requirements change. The integrations with tools like Jenkins, Jira, and Git streamline our workflow. Connecting with Jenkins allows us to automatically trigger test executions as part of our CI/CD pipeline, which saves time and ensures continuous testing with every build or deployment. Integration with Jira helps us easily track defects and link test cases. Since ACCELQ is a cloud-based and codeless platform, there was no need for complex installations or heavy technical configuration, which saved us a lot of time. We were able to onboard the team quickly, connect our applications, and start creating test cases almost immediately. I rated ACCELQ a 10 out of 10 for recommendation because it has made our testing process faster, easier, and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more advanced customization options and deeper reporting or analytics features. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in configuring workflows, reusable components, and test logic to better match our specific project requirements. Options like custom templates, advanced parameterization, and more control over execution settings would allow us to design tests that fit complex scenarios more easily. For reporting, I would like more detailed dashboards that show pass/fail rates over time, flaky test detection, execution history, and defect trends to help us quickly identify problem areas and improve stability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ACCELQ for testing processes like web, API, and regression. It reduces manual effort, speeds up test creation, and minimizes script maintenance with its codeless platform, allowing all team members to easily manage tests and quickly update as requirements change.
Improving Test Efficiency and Release Confidence with ACCELQ
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about ACCELQ is its model-based, codeless automation approach, which significantly reduces test maintenance compared to traditional script-heavy tools. Once the application behavior is defined, tests become easier to reuse and adapt as the application evolves. The platform also supports web and API testing in a unified way, which helps us manage end-to-end test scenarios more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve at the beginning, especially for teams transitioning from script-based automation. Some advanced scenarios require deeper familiarity with the platform’s structure, and reporting, while useful, could benefit from more customization options for different stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACCELQ helps us address the challenge of automation maintenance in a fast-changing agile environment. By reducing the effort required to update tests after application changes, our regression cycles are faster and more stable. This has improved release confidence, reduced last-minute testing bottlenecks, and allowed the team to focus more on quality improvements rather than fixing broken tests.

By automating tests without coding and enabling self-healing capabilities, it helps businesses release products faster, improve software quality, and reduce operational costs tied to manual testing and maintenance.
Easy setup, catching the bugs early and both frontend and backend tests run locally without hassle
What do you like best about the product?
We needed both frontend and backend testing, and all the scheduled tests needed to run locally on our own servers, due to safety concerns for customer data, and AccelQ could give us that.
Been easy to learn, and little technical insight is needed to also cover more detailed and backend testing on my own with predefined commands. Whenever I've run into problems or needed assistance on how to solve a task, I've always gotten quick help from support to find a solution. Scheduled tests are predictable, and we are catching more bugs than before at an earlier stage, with an average of 1-3 per week.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing more flexibility in views to work with and compare more in parallel to work faster. Also missing more focus on time management of the tests, but have hopes that the new dashboard with it's flexibility in setup also will cover this over time. Used to miss a recording option, but that is also now covered, and I like the easy switch between recording and not recording to be able to better change where in the test I need to continue working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In testing our software, having tests covering both frontend and backend in the same flow has helped us to also catch the bugs that initially were not visible if only tested on frontend or backend separately.
Scaling effortless cloud testing for app development teams using AI .
What do you like best about the product?
The Natural Language feature for writing application tests is super easy for any app developer or tester to pick up.
Easy to track application test coverage over several test cases and scenarios.
Easy to track application test coverage over several test cases and scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would recommend putting less visuals on the test reporting dashboard. The dashboard can become too congested when number of test cases and scenarios increase to over a 100 .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test Governance : I am able to track the most tested and least tested parts of my application. This enables me to plan future tests to cover more vulnerable areas.
