What do you dislike about the product?

What we appreciate most about ACCELQ is t's no code approach to automation. Our teams are able to design and execute automated tests for both web and API applications without writing code. This has made collaboration between QA engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders much easier.

Advanced customization may require guidance from documentation or support. Initial setup and learning the platform structure can take some time. But kind of easy to integrate if you have Tech experience.

The platform integrates smoothly with our development tools, allowing us to run tests as part of our regular build process.

Setting up more complex test scenarios can take time to learn. Some parts of the documentation could provide more detailed examples to help new users get started faster thou their support system is active to help

Another thing that stood out is that it was quite easy to set up, thanks to the support system we could easily reach out to for help during the setup.

I would say they could improve on report customization. The default reports are useful, but having more flexible options to customize dashboards or export details results would help teams analyze testing outcomes more easily. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards, like the ability to choose specific metrics, filter results by test cycle, or create simple visual summaries for different stakeholders.

What I like most about ACCELQ is its no-code automation and how easy it is for the team to start using it. Testers don't need strong programming skills, but they can still build and run automation tests. With ACCELQ's no-code approach, updates are much easier and the maintenance effort is much lower. Our team mostly uses the no-code test design features, which allow testers to create automation without writing scripts. We also use the API testing and web automation capabilities quite often. Having both on the same platform helps us cover different layers of the application without switching tools. The initial setup was fairly straightforward for our team since ACCELQ is cloud-based, so we didn't have to spend time on infrastructure or local setup. Additionally, it works well with CI/CD tools, so we can include automated tests as part of our build and release process.

what stood out for us is ACCELQ's broad test support combines with how well it enhances Agile and DevOPs workflows. The platform support UI, API, mobile , and backend testing in one place, which makes it easier to manage quality without juggling multiple tools.
The codeless approach is genuinely helpful both QA and non technical team members can contribute to test creation, which speeds things up during sprints. We also like how test cases align well with CI?CD pipelines, making continuous testing feel natural instead of forced. Overall, it fits nicely into a fast moving Agile environment

Some advanced configurations could also benefit from clearer documentation or more in app guidance once you are past onboarding, it is smooth, but initial setup can feel slightly overwhelming for first time users.
