What do you like best about the product?
An inuitive tool used for QA automation testing.
- Ease of use, no coding required
- Easy to maintain
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve. Requires a fair bit of onboarding for new users.
Delayed responses from support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AccelQ fills our testing automation needs. The ability to test our website faster, cover more test cases, and test more frequently.
This is a big benefit so we can re-focus our manual testing efforts on new updates and features.

What do you like best about the product?
AccelQ is based on Page Object Model which help in modularizing the script design and reduces the maintenance efforts. Various integrations with 3rd party appliucation like JIRA, Jenkin and other CI/CD agile tools. Design Studio feature brings lot of ease to develop and implement the script. We are running ~3000 scripts per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
No roll back to previous version of script/actions. Cross asset sharing feature does not allow you to modiy the action. It lack good view of consolidated reports and dashboard capability. Project branching and merging feature is not very user friendly. Missing concurrent licenses model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AccelQ is helping in automating complex E2E scenrios which goes through multiple itegrated applications. Its bidirections integration with JIRA also helps to see the live testing status. It plays a major role to integration with CI/CD pipeline and improving the test coverage,

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer, I can confirm that Salesforce typically releases three updates per year. With each update, new features are introduced while some older mechanisms may cease to function. As a tester, adapting to these changes can be challenging, but using ACCELQ has alleviated much of that concern for me. AccelQ's ability to seamlessly handle updates on the platform is one of its standout features, making it a valuable tool in my testing toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, truthfully speaking, my experience with this tool has been overwhelmingly positive, with every point in its favor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several key points to highlight. Firstly, access to quality content is crucial for gaining proficiency with the tool. Secondly, the tool automatically updates upon testing Salesforce-based projects, ensuring the latest features are readily available. Additionally, the quick support turnaround time ensures prompt resolution of any issues encountered, with solutions typically provided within a few hours of reporting a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I have successfully integrated AccelQ, my first AI testing tool, into our testing processes. It offers a quick start, enabling us to plan for delivery from day one. AccelQ proves to be the right tool for progressive automation sprint after sprint throughout the entire release cycle. Its seamless integration with JIRA, execution history tracking, and easy maintenance make it an efficient choice. Notably, the tool excels in health check runs, daily sanity checks, and regression testing. The highlight is the Agent concept, optimizing resource utilization for test execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenge in Iterative Testing: Excel Integration for Repeated Scenarios Poses Difficulty, whereas in other tools it is quite possible and easy

What do you like best about the product?
It supports cross browser testing which ensures consistent functionality accross different browsers,It supports regression testing which help us to ensure that new code changes will not affect existing functionality,Its detailed analytics will help to get all the insights of the project

It does not have built in test runner,it is not a open source tool which is the major drawback according to the cost point of view and it does not support multiple protocols

ACCELQ simplifies validations through its ETL Test Automation as we have heterogeneous data sources

What do you like best about the product?
Accelq helps us manage plenty of execution agents through its Agent Command Center dashboard. Even if we encounter a few issues with Desktop UI, we can conveniently access CLI and perform our testing without any hindrance. Its element ID module is useful whenever we work with an array of operator types for our customer's bank transaction attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I'm satisfied with the features offered by Accelq for our business demands. One area in which I would suggest enhancements is its Grid Filters. We have multiple application attributes and it would be great if Accelq provisions custom filter enhancement to incorporate diverse filter items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on crucial bank transactions in which validation plays a critical role for our customers. Since all our data source is heterogeneous in nature, we need to have a centralized data warehouse & perform our ETL testing. Accelq benefits us by adhering to the desired transformation rules & regulates compliance standards for all our validation checks. We can also validate the metadata of our database table by specifying the expected metadata in JSON array format.
