What do you like best about the product?
Spotfire has very powerful visualization capabilities which allowed our team to represent complex data sets in easy-to-understand visual formats. It helped in identifying trends, patterns, and outliers within vast amounts of data, such as call logs, network performance metrics, customer demographics, and market trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spotfire is a very powerfull tool but has a very high cost associated with it. It requires dedicated resources for utlising it to the fullest by having analysts, IT professionals. Ensuring data governance is tricky with Spotfire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spotfire allowed our team to consolidate and analyze data from disparate sources in a unified platform, making easier to identify patterns, trends, and insights that might otherwise be hidden within the data. It also allowed us to monitor network performaance, customer interactions, and market dynamics in real-time which is crucial for identifying and addressing issues promptly, optimizing network resources, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
