Dynatrace makes our lives easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in terms of finding the root cause and the source paths in the industry level. That makes our lives easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having any issues yet with dyantrace

Finding the issues with third party API calls and creating dashboards to check the application's health
One of best monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards are the most liked feature comparing with other similar tools. They are easy to customize and very useful. Also, the pure path view and the system integration mappings are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having many buttons in one window may drive into confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to analyze the API issues, component issues, and application health-related stuff. They are very usefull. Everything at one place and it save lot of time

the ability to view current requested pages also can filter most use

new dynatrace server based cloud services which is disavantage for military sector or private sector

when system crash due to memory heap when hit the limit dynatrace help us to figure out what process was causing the issue.

1. We need not trigger Production in the local environment, which takes a huge time. Instead, we can use Rookout to debug.
2.Time save when we want to check the NPE issues using Rookout.
3. We can also see the nested JSON payload data.

1. We do not have a Perforce option for the branch code selection. We just have Git.

Very useful and original!
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a way to do something I had never considered possible; debugging code while it's live in production, setting breakpoints that capture actual live data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steepish initial learning curve, but small price to pay for the almost magical benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifiying bugs that only manifested in a prod environment with specific user data; the types of problems that are very hard to replicate in a local testing environment. The benefit is the time saved trying to replicate a very particular set of circumstances to trap a bug.
Rookout Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Once installed, quick and easy to set up and get debugging going across all our servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all - I am super happy with Rookout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those one-of-a-kind, real-time, needle-in-a-haystack bugs, Rookout is the go-to tool in my bag. Many of our customers have unique issues that would be very difficult to find the root cause if it weren't for Rookout.

An ability to debug by ongoing and independently the environment which is not under your responsabilty on one hand while on another you don't need to try and recreate the issue on your own development environment, which is usually different.

The advantages of the tool are covering all the dissadvantes.

- Dubug production environments and modern architectures, such as Kubernetes deployments and serverless.
- Gain a deep level of observability into our application, and therefore an understanding of what’s happening in it, also while it’s running. We’re able to do this without adding loglines metrics or reproducing your bug.
