Tracking web and mobile application performance to improve audience experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is used in my organization to monitor the performance of our web and mobile applications for our users. Thanks to this analytics application we have been able to keep track of the traffic and impact on our applications, as well as identify issues and take actions to improve the experience of our users/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more integrable with other tools, I also consider that it is somewhat expensive, although regarding the latter... it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace has enabled us through a dynamic monitoring of our applications and reports, to visualize the path of our users, to know the most visited areas, most visited products, among others, to apply corrective actions and proactive improvement to improve the web and mobile experience of our users and customers in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is simply suitable for any type of company or organization to save time in performance analysis to attack failures and provide the best possible web and mobile experience to the audience.
Dynatrace is Intelligent and gives you the speed you need when troubleshooting your issues.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intelligent and does a lot of work for you just after installing it. It discovers assets, does injection for you automatically, monitors your processes connectivity rates, and pin points issues, it is that amazing. After all of this, it makes a multi-dimensional baseline of this data, making comparison in real time, that highly improves accuracy of alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to know exactly how many bytes certain part of the application code moved, and I can see only the time divided by classes of wait. You end up wanting more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving performance related problems from user's point of view. Being able to know ahead of time what kind of experience the customers are having with your business is a powerful insight, it gives your the opportunity to get ahead of problems, interfering when things are still scalating. You don't even have to wait for the problem to happen so you can remediate it.

What do you like best about the product?
The application optimizes artificial intelligence to deliver answers with actionable acumens to your operation staffs, business stakeholders, and development teams. It links business outcomes to the performance insights to enable business owners to fully comprehend the repercussions of detected issues. This makes it easy to resolve all the problems before they affect your customers. Additionally, Dynatrace learns all baseline performance of user applications and sends notifications when new code deployment precipitates high resource consumption.

The BEST monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
The artificial intelligence that Dynatrace has helps a lot to detect rapid alerts on servers
What do you dislike about the product?
Some plugins that are needed, but there is no problem surely when discussing it with the dynatrace team it could become a reality

Alerts have been detected quickly and incidents have been resolved early, avoiding a major incident

What do you like best about the product?
everything! Dynatrace has it all! not just an apm but also a network, and application monitor. we had a sev 1 a few months ago and back in the day my team of 6 would "divide and conquer" by looking into the logs of the different components like our proxy service, firewall, dns, host hardware and that could take 1-2 hrs at best! with Dynatrace 1 click, we had all the logs, problem breakdown and actual timeframe of what happened and where- the whole process? 15 min! it's hard to say dynatrace doesn't work!

at this time i can't say i don't like anything, me and my team love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in the past we had people puushing code to prod without wartning or changes in place and was our job to spend hours troubleshooting why prod was broken. since dynatrace we can monitor a host and see changes done in code to the extent of timestamp and file path and file.

have an idea what you are looking to implement- have the name tagging ready for when you are going to start implementing, watch the dynatrace university videos

What do you like best about the product?
the detail with which we can see and detect a problem as well as detect it in time so as not to have service outages. The way in which it can be managed as well as the way in which the entire infrastructure and processes of each application can be monitored is of great help to mitigate errors and failures in applications before and already in production. The ease with which we can create dashboards is also something I like since they can be customized according to the needs of the application owners in terms of the alerts that should be given to avoid problems in these
What do you dislike about the product?
having to go around too much to find the root of a problem, there are also graphics that are very difficult to understand in the first attempts, they should be a bit easier to analyze, as well as there should be a section where reports can be generated on the applications that are monitored within dynatrace, Another negative point is the value of the licenses, although it is understandable for all that the service offers us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving response times for calls to services or databases has greatly improved response times for applications, additional in the company thanks to the detection of http errors 400 and 500 it has been possible to give stability to a large part of the applications monitored in dynatrace, also the notifications and prediction of anomalies give a true value above the competition to dynatrace

Of course, thanks to Dynatrace you can see in detail the detection of anomalies has been very helpful for the identification of errors in the development or putting into production of the applications

What do you like best about the product?
The new dynatrace UI is a big improvement over their older appmon. Improved agent now discovers all processes on a host automatically. Services and assets are discovered and flows are generated automatically!
What do you dislike about the product?
THere's always multiple ways to approach a solution and sometimes it can be confusing on what is the best practice to follow. Some of the Dynatrace API's that are accessible for external clients are still works in progress. You cannot access the same metrics that you can create internally within Dynatrace with the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an Operations perspective, Dynatrace has allowed us to gain insight into the service flows of many applications. Often a problem will be several layers downstream of the main application and Dynatrace alerts us to this and advises us on the potential impacted clients automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthetics helps me with Real-time performance calculations. We can see node updates every 5 times from geographical views using Gomez User Agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waterfalls are too detailed at the Object level. Every object on the Landing Page is evaluated for its utility to the consumer experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tolerated and Frustrated consumer experiences. We can quickly resolve our consumer's digital experience within 60 minutes, or 60 seconds

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an AWS Lambda implementation problem with Node.js, we had an impact on the production environment to download agent serverless, support is already helping us with that

Reliable product for monitoring and supervising large infrastructures
What do you like best about the product?
Overall limited but very good experience in a company where we use it to track, monitor and find problem causes for the critical infrastructure of a 2 milion users portal. Very reliable, I would say!

Sometimes the amount of features and services can be overwhelming in finding what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracing transactions and finding where problems occurred is our main benefit
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for Dynatrace, especially while looking for a stable platform to monitor your large infrastructures. While looking for the root cause of a failed transactions, it might help you to find where exactly it failed very easily. The project I work for, a 2 milion user platform is carefully monitored by Dynatrace and without it, it wouldn't be that stable.
