What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and installation of the OneAgent; OneAgent detects all technologies with a single agent, instead of having multiple agents on the host
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to navigate through the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application performance issues; lack of cultural adoption for new tools
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reviews found on Google for Dynatrace are usually wrong and focused on older versions of Dynatrace. Dynatrace is definitely a huge step above other software intelligence applications and the AI engine gets better each day. Development and product resources are always available to discuss problems and opportunities seen from customers. Dynatrace truly cares about their customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Full stack monitoring and one agent also integration with kubernetes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you enable one agents , and full stack monitoring i think it cause slow down for production environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pure paths helps to troubleshoot the issue and selfhealing automation helps for automation.

- Easy to install
- Easy to configure
- Automate configuration with amazing configuration API
- Automated anomaly detection and baselining
- User friendly client
What do you dislike about the product?
- Dashboarding could be improved
- Inconsistency inthe tool (click save in some places and not others)
- Lack of memory and thread analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Cloud failover situations
- Generally failure rate increases and root cause anlaysis
- MTTR has drastically reduced

Create standards before deployment for hostgroups and management zones

easy, quick integration with applications, quick to complete an initial setup and start showing value.

The tool is extremely powerful, some of the UI can be inconsistent at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly deploy monitoring visibility without much effort compared to competitors. No more code modification, startup script modifications, understanding the application to be monitored and more. Just install the OneAgent and it's up and running within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more on-prem, infrastructure monitoring but it is a small concern with organisations moving to the cloud.

Performance visibility with least amount of effort

The many tools Dynatrace provides to help resolve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of DEM licensing for the usage of Dynatrace.

Solving mostly code issues from deployments that were not thoroughly tested.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding root cause for problems has taken time off of troubleshooting and helped lower our Mean time to resolution on operations issues
What do you dislike about the product?
The gui is a little hard to learn where things are. Its a very big application but I think that will just get easier with use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application issues and infrastructure contention issues are being found that we didnt know we had.
