Dynatrace is a great tool for monitoring and troubleshooting your environment.
What do you like best about the product?
Real time monitoring, dashboards and user session replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
ability to export and print reports, i dont really have anything negative to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session replay has been the latest benefit, we use it to troubleshoot incidents as they are happening.

i really only have good things to say so far about my experience with dynatrace

Way it analyze and monitor the application, best for troubleshooting application/services/infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on logging, some times agent updates fail and requires manual installation. During updates some services behave differently and lose previous matrics.

Performance issues, trouble shooting, server level monitoring, network monitoring, analyzing permanence tests

The way we can organize our monitoring tools, and we got everything in one place

Its little over head for our application but it is worth the value we are getting out of this product.

User visits, and if the user having any performance issues, and also we can collect information about the user behaviour.

Dynatrace affords is quick and easy to get going. It immediately comes with a massive selection of powerful metrics, automatic correlation and anomaly detection. It simply is up to you to point it in the direction you want its attention.
Once set up, the world is your oyster. The tool is highly extensible and affords its users every opportunity to monitor what they want, how they want, which is extremely powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with everything, cost is an inhibiting factor. Though the initial setup is quick and painless, mastering everything seems it can take a lifetime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, successful troubleshooting at the application, environment and individual user levels are all things that have been done using the Dynatrace AppMon product. With Dynatrace Managed coming, this should increase tenfold.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is incredibly powerful. Be aware of what your business goals are and ensure that you are not using a chainsaw to try and slice bread.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation. Excellent representation of information collected. We had the base installation up and running within 3 days, collecting and representing valid data.

Some features on their road map are further out than I would like them to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving application flow issues and have realized a number of system improvements that have increased customer satisfaction. Davis provides real alerting and insights into trends within our environment. We have also used their API tools to further extend our installation.

What do you like best about the product?
The power dashboarding, Usql and session replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the features yet. Nothing that \i dislike yet.

Monitoring the service health and creating alerts.

Dynatrace is feature rich! Use it for all your monitoring and alerting needs!

At the moment, it is scoring check-marks in all the right places

Plan ahead. There is a wrong way of implementing this tool, and an amazingly accurate way of implementing this tool. You want to be the latter.
