What do you like best about the product?
Distributed tracing is one of the best features of Dynatrace. We use it everyone to help us to improve our performance and diagnosis issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and take time to use all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pinpoint which API endpoint has issue, and provide real-time views of my services.

I enjoy how continuous it is in terms of innovation, specifically in the automation space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with all the new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is benefiting us in so many ways. In the past we have used primarily monitoring tools, but Dynatrace is our first experience with an observability platform. Being able to identify issues before they occur via Davis AI has generated so much value for our corporation.

There are cost factors that you need to govern carefully when you use Dyntrace.

It's quite extense yet, there's a lot of documentation that can make life easier

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ability to capture logging information and correlate those logs and then analyze using AI has helped our resolution time tremendously!
There's more to Dynatrace than what meets the eye!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the intuitive workflow. The ability to drill down into anything, giving that granularity at multiple levels. Integration and implementation seems like cake walk once you get used to it. I use Dynatrace everyday and the support they offer is swift and focused on resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be jittery and I know its because of the trasition from Classic to New interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering a complete high level view into miniscule part of the infrastructure. Monitoring application as well as infrastructure metrics, making it easy for operations to be well prepared beforehand incase something comes up. This is huge for us.
Cannot wait to try Synthetic monitoring and using Davis

This is a must tool than nice to have tool.

The Proctive approach of detecting problems before crashes occur

Can be a bit expernsive to add new features team wants

Helps with container coniditions, so capicity team adjust resources to cost but maintain system health
As close to single pane of glass as you can get

The ability to pull in so many different sources of information into one solution and make that available to your entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
They know the value they provide and charge you accordingly, it can be very difficult to digest the cost of the tool and it can be difficult to manage your organization's consumption of licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're broad integrations make it easy to consolidate what used to be multiple tools into one platform. Also, enabling the ability to take what used to just be IT performance information and extract business data from that is a great value add. The automated root cause analysis was also a huge boon to reducing our down time from outages.
