Great Product, Not Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
We love all of the insights that we get from the product. Welove how it helps us to quickly resolve issues on our platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has been a big issue for us. It is by far more expensive than all competitors. The other issue we have is thier big push of SaaS, as we are an on-prem customer.

How much dynamically and immediately provides observability and visual clarity on what is going on in my environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well...because you asked...the UIs. I have gotten more used to both UIs...and I say both because there ARE two for now... but I know you are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AND it is very usable for my engineering teams, so it is easy to implement and increase observability.

Great product, answer a real pain!
What do you like best about the product?
Rookout saved us hours in debugging a remote environment, just by giving us the ability to add some breakpoints or see data without adding printing and waiting for deployment cycle. We used it on a daily basis, and it was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add here, the team was very responsive to all of our questions and product was really easy to integrate and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote debugging - as mentioned, it help reduce the development and debugging time, and by that - saved us money :)
Rookout has really proven to be a great tool for us in identifying the root casue application issue

breakpoints seems to be diffcult sometimes with compelx condition and variable not available in that method.

with workforce spread across the global and our complex application debugging issues reported by analysts and clients consume lot of time ane resource. rookout has help reduce this a lot.

The administration of our IT infrastructure and our applications' efficiency have significantly improved since we began using Dynatrace. We can now access sophisticated, in-depth analysis of the end-user experience to understand user behavior better and foresee future difficulties. Their technical support is excellent, and the product is intuitive and easy to use, so we can make improvements that will lead to happier customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has worked well for me and has proven beneficial; however, the price is relatively high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace allows us to make educated choices about optimizing our apps effectively. As a result of our efforts, issues have been resolved, the user experience has been enhanced, and new clients have been attracted. The implementation was straightforward, and the resources at our disposal will allow us to improve the user experience and bring in new customers.

The interface is one of the best I have used for my company out of the many applications implemented for network visibility.

Initial appliance deployment. Important step but it takes awhile to set up.
