WOW this product has been correct on all accounts on our application issues we have experienced

costly with there business model for selling

we are using dynatrace to help our application resolve issues before our customers get impacted. The benefits were realized almost instantly as we configured our application platform

Service mapping is very informative. The mapping diagram is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data seems to not provide value, which causes unnecessary bloat.

Mapping services between hosts. Showing a mapping diagram to the business.

Provides end user response times from applications. This is something we have not been able to get in the past from other tools.

Does not provide native database host monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
Interface and reporting outputs are much better than what we have classically had. It has given us the ability to spot iksseues sooner as well as gety to a root cause faster.

Account team and ease of use in U/I in the tool is much better than befor

OUtsage monitoring has been the area of fokcus since bringing the app on board

Captures ground level details on the performance of an application.

I would expect the next versions to be more user friendly.

We monitor the web applications and windows schedulers. Generate reports and identify the performance improvement areas.
