Monday.com keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I am responsible for creating our content calendars for our blog and social content. Monday.com helps me easily plan and share ideas with my content curators as well as track the status of a task (i.e. is it pending, scheduled, published, past due, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep me organized, it is easy to use and make changes to, and it helps me communicate with my team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Since switching to Monday.com All I can say is I know where I stand with everything and people in my company now know what I am working on for them and I don't get annoying ACTION REQUIRED EMAILS over and over and over. I get a HIGH priority pulse and I work on the task for them and they see the steps of the task.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there is 1 thing I dislike is when building a template from excel I can only have 20 columns. Then I have to add the rest by hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Clients in the planning stages, onboarding new clients. securely communicating with clients Timelines for our clients

even if you only use a task management you will see an improvement in your overall work.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so configurable, you can use it for everything and anything! The support and Customer Success teams are very supportive and knowledgeable. I love all the resources they have available. I love jumping on calls with my team - whenever we use Monday during our discussions there are always happy sighs with "I love Monday" comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're just waiting for the Salesforce integration and we'd like more flexibility with groups in a board, but I think they're working on both!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Our leadership team is more aligned with our boards that are tracking high-level priorities
- We're providing better onboarding to our new clients by tracking progress in boards

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transparency, collaboration and visual platform that Monday.com brings to the table. The variety of columns enable us to customize our boards to fit our needs. Best of all is that there seem to be more and more columns and features available each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday.com desktop app can definitely use some improvements. I find it to be slow and lagging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for many different purposes at Scovan Engineering. Mainly, it is to track progress statuses of our current projects. Provide a forum to the project team to interact, ask questions and dialogue about challenges and milestones throughout the lifespan of a project. Other cases, we've used to track tasks, organize initiative boards as well as track meeting minutes.

We're a small company of designers, writers -- you know, creative types. Monday.com is visual and intuitive, so projects, next steps, and status, are super clear to the whole team.

We're still trying to figure out how (or if) to use Monday.com with a calendar.

We chose Monday.com to help us keep track of projects, communicate throughout the team, and move projects forward to completion. And we all love clicking DONE.

We reviewed several others platforms and think that Monday.com is the best and most easy to use.
Monday.com Keeps My Projects and Revenue Forecasting on the Rails
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses Monday.com for IT project tracking, including internal communication, scheduling, file management and revenue forecasting. I love the easy customization and highly visual platform, and constant product improvement. We couldn't track our projects without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything in particular. It's constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my go-to resource for project notes, reminders, scheduling, and so much more. With the addition of the Formula column, I'm looking forward to utilizing my project boards for even more data tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I can know work on my business instead of in my business. My team is Monday managed vs micro managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about Monday and love the added functionality.

Monday allows me to set tasks for my teams as well as track project status and hours. No longer am I micro-managing. I am left to do what I do best.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love this platform. My favorite part is how easy it is to tag fellow co-workers with project updates. I am also a huge fan of the GIFs. They add some personality to every post and make the workplace more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes awhile for the boards to load. I also wish there was an easier way to refer to separate pulses without having to open a new tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped make us more organized as a team. We used to do things over email and that got chaotic. It was more difficult to keep track of things. Monday keeps everything all in one place. It's helped us streamline a process for our team and with our overall workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely go for it! It's so easy to use, doesn't have a bunch of unneccessary features, and completely streamlines internal communication.

the updates feature is very useful, especially as you can tag other members in the updates

What do you like best about the product?
I love this because it's web based. They also offer an app so on the go I can check my job board and know what I have to do for the day. It's a great way to stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything. They keep the program updated and add new things constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues prioritizing but now with seeing everything on a job board we've had zero issues. It really keeps the whole shop on track.
