I couldn't get through the day without Monday

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday. It helps me keep track of my todo list and where I am on a given project. I would be completely lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is growing there are a few features I wish it had like being able to set a reminder date that would send a notification on that day. Also, one area they need to improve on is file sharing, uploading, and downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me and my team with organization, project management, and being on the same page for projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you try it you won't want to go back.

Best Project Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
This has vastly improved the communication in our team. We can now track projects in real-time. They are continuously adding features and we love finding new ideas and uses in the Monday Facebook Forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool would be invaluable if they could have a more robust cloud file sharing or integrate with OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive. Also the price - even though it is well worth the money for our department, it would be great if the pricing structure was better. This has been a hinderance for getting other departments on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see where a project stands and share info in real time without having to dig through email chains. This also creates a "paper trail" for change orders and we put the job folder file locations in each job, making it easier to find later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have recently added some rich features like Contact Management which we are in the early phases of testing out.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use on Day One... no lengthy training required to get started. Our company also loves how simple it is to customize a board for our specific tracking needs. The layout is visually simple enough to process at a glance, as well! The "my week" feature is so helpful to see what has been assigned, and the urgency of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning how to duplicate/archive/rejuvenate boards easily so that we can use them over and over for cyclical processes - that doesn't seem to come naturally. But we have very few dislikes to date!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally started using Monday.com for an editorial calendar, to track our communications and messaging. We quickly learned that we could expand our tracking through Monday.com to see the status of multiple projects and once, and to see who was completing what phase of the project. Monday.com has been so useful to organize steps of messy projects and see who is waiting on completion to move forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - you'll be amazed at how easily it adapts to what you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I can now keep track of assignments in one convenient location that were formerly stored in multiple Outlook folders and spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using it for a few months and have not yet encountered any negative issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team used to send around a spreadsheet that had to be updated one person at a time and then passed around. It was a tedious and inefficient way to keep track of assignments. No deadlines have been missed since we implemented a tracking system using Monday.com and everyone knows the status of everyone else's assignments in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy and efficient way to keep track of team assignments and communicate about the status of numerous projects without having to send out multiple emails, this is the platform for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we used Monday (dapulse before) our way of interacting as a team changed, simplified us much the tracking of internal processes and ordered our daily tasks, whatever the size of your group or organization will always be a great help monday in the management , I recommend it to all my contacts since it is an excellent help, love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like very much is that the boards in the IPhone app does not fit very well in my Iphone8, which bothers in the handling, but in the web app it is very comfortable to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now with the new challenges that we have with streaming events, it helps us to organize the groups in the field and at the same time maintain the tracking of tasks for the design and infrastructure teams.

- Monitoring of the entire deploid of streaming infrastructure

I would recommend to people who want to evaluate Monday that they do it without thinking, free trial and once they are already using it they will realize how useful it is.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Monday.com is that it helps me not drop the ball. We use it for project management, recruiting, onboarding, and organizing tasks. It's helped the team immensely to work together and stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, but I wish I could run data analytics on the way my columns are sorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps multiple people work on the same projects and move the process along based on their role.

The colors and labels you use make a huge difference. The visuals really help.

What do you like best about the product?
Boards for every area at the company. Every area have different task but in kind of a way there´s a time at the task when 2 or 3 different area have to work as a team .I am solving the problem of communicating importance of different tasks I am assigned with Monday.com I have realize the benefits of tracking my different tasks. We have the ability to get notified via desktop or mobile devices in real-time but we can drag and drop files to centralize all our folders with other areas. We love monday for different opcionts for example the upload files option is awesome. Also the Q&A option have a lot of bennefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expensive premium service as private boards and the search option. We need more upgrades for less expense because as a "big" company we need certain features to comunicate each other. Weré kind of unconfy because the price that my CEO refuse to pay more money for features that are kind of important at the company. Actually we need them for better organization and for very important task. Example: Human Resources need a private board and we don't have it... it's a theme of confidential information because not everyone have to see that info. Our task with direction, our task with finantial area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unlimited emails and the boring phone calls about little status.

Outstanding Customer Service and Constant Upgrades / Additions

What do you like best about the product?
The people at Monday.com are super at responding to any questions or concerns. Also, their product is so easy to understand and use. They listen to their customers and respond with updates to reflect many requests. I also like the coffee talks they have and constant opportunities to learn all of the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find a lot about Monday that I dislike. The only thing would be some of the missing features on their android app. Just yesterday, they added the "My Week" feature which is what I was hoping for. I wish I could move the pulses (lines) around in the app, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it or if it can be done at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my vendors progress as well as keeping up with my delivery dates. Everything is in one place and so easy to change as needed. I love this about Monday!

Try the trial and see how it fits your needs. To me, it is very easy to use and covers all the needs of my small business.

Simple to use and easy to customize

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is and the pretty UI. I didn't want to spend a lot of time designing boards and figuring out how to work things, I only wanted it to keep track of the work. With how simple it is, I don't need to focus on anything except my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if there was a dark mode for us programmers and editors who look at the screen all day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business wise we were struggling on figuring out a schedule for our content being produced and also the harmful effects of pushing projects or rushing projects. Monday.com solves that with timelines views and progress bars. Whenever rush jobs come in we can easily see which videos and deadlines need to change.

If you are looking for something to keep your business on track while not sacrificing time setting up a brand new system, Monday.com is right for you!
