Highly recommended "one size fits all" tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has found a balance of being super customizable and as such is a great option company wide. There may be some departments where it isn't as good a fit as a niche, specialist product. But, because it is so customizable, if a business needs to find a unified solution for all departments then Monday is a great option. It's typically much cheaper than a niche specialist product is as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Touched on above, but there are some departments that may have industry specific needs that make Monday.com not as great a solution for their niche needs as a product designed specifically for that industry/department. I've seen this get much better over time with more tools geared towards specific use cases, and I expect this to continue to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, Monday.com is used as a place for different departments to hand off and pass around tasks so that everyone is on the same system using the same standards. However, departments are still able to customize how they handle the tasks tracking internally, and so it strikes a nice balance between customization and standardization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great general use alternative to expensive niche products.

User friendly, organization updates are able to be seen almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any tips on how to improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every company policy/guideline is viewed and discussed here, scheduling/task management/viewing tasks everyone is working on in real time.

Great for project/campaign management

What do you like best about the product?
The system sends alerts to users to keep them on track with project outputs, etc. helps keep all project communication in one place per each project so we don;t have to worry about confusing email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost was a little high to get our whole team on the platform, but I guess that's par for the course for platforms that function this well. We really don't dislike much about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management has become much more effective through the various functions that Monday offers. Being able to link items, send alerts and more has helped us all maintain visibility and the ability to push forward without all the meetings and time spend.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an excellent substitute for email. Allows monitoring of all daily tasks with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of all areas of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to manually disable email notifications because it was cluttering my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to assign tasks to different teams and maintain visibility of all my projects. It is also useful for delivering project progress reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a tool to manage projects more efficiently. Learning how to use it may take time but it will be a great investment.

Having visibility on all tasks across the departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have a private board or a private task without upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn around on tasks, how quickly people are working through their tasks and managing how departments are prioritising their work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great application for businesses to use. It helps you prioritise work loads, break down projects and helps provide visibility to those overseeing everything from the top.

What do you like best about the product?
- Writing updates on tickets on ease
- Ability to duplicate ticket with its udpates
- Ability to provide link for each update on a ticket

- Hard to tell, for my use case as a software developer, i don't see a down side

- Solving the problem to communicate between QA, Users and software developers to delivery final product as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for everyone to collaborate. The customizable headings and topics help me make specific boards for different things
What do you dislike about the product?
I can find it hard to find boards sometimes - I think the favourites tab is useful, this may just be the way my orgnisation uses them

We solve logistical and project led challenges - we have recently started using it to build roadmaps more structured

That is customizable and very frindly to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are not able to set working days, so when you plan and set dates it count the weekends

At my company we use Monday for project management, creating sprints and tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They can start very easily, with a few clicks. Customize their tasks as needed, it also allows you to type scripts formulas for calculation of the time.

In fact, nothing. We really like the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of the status of the tasks and it's due date. Most importantly I can create dashboards that are so bespoke. I have used jira atlassian. I felt Monday.com is so efficient to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say on this point. But I dislike when there is outage sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am able to deliver to the client on time. I can also predict easily if anyanthing is going to be delayed and inform the client accordingly.
