Monday.com: Functional and easy to use, optimal for management overview and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Our company moved to Monday.com during the last quarter of 2021. The interface comes over as "friendly" and "inviting". Spending hours each day on Monday.com is a good experience due to the easy accessibility and usability of the different functions and integrations. Easy to keep track of all the deals in the different stages. A real treat when compared to our previous CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploads and editing sometimes take a while to update. Moving subitems to a different order is sometimes a lengthy process as the items do not want to go into the desired positions, this normally works after a couple of tries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a financial aspect, it's really easy to keep track of sales targets and see where you are in terms of your financial year targets. From a managerial view, it's really easy to monitor sales representatives and in what stages the different deals are.

Easy and efficient Project Dashboard App

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's so nice to handle, when opening a task.
Assigning it to a team memebr and seting the KPI for each task or project.
The flexibility of the software is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I am familiar with all the features.
Currently I don't dislike anything, it's pretty helpful.
I assume I need some more time an challenges to figure out what's missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me its a Dashboard to show my boss the progress of each and every process/task we execute from Starting a Customer's communication to placing an Automation System at his Lab.
In Addition, it help me to track the huge amount of tasks of my team, and assign each task to its owner.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI. Powerful automation tools. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if there is one person using it in my team, I still have to pay for 3 seats. I wish there were a pro version for 1 seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with customer management tasks. The automation tools are very powerful and saved my time on many day-to-day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At first, I thought monday.com is only for task management, but actually, it can do much more than that. The UI and responsiveness of the website are much better than other providers in the same price range. Give it a try.

It has everything is one place, integrates with every other tool.

It's too huge that you feel exhausted sometimes, there is no enough support to our organization from the strategic level on how to best use it

What do you like best about the product?
The integrated email app, which allows us to communicate with prospective clients all within the Monday platform. It is fantastic and makes for a streamlined process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customisation of emails through the integration is limited (formatting etc.). This could be improved by allowing templates to be formatted to suit company branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday CRM replaces conventional clunky excel spreadsheets and manual entry of customer information. As everything is contained, integrated and automated within the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend you try the platform. Monday sales CRM has changed the way we do things!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is the possibility to view all projects at the same time. This increases our ability to organize and optimize time. Every company needs some system that organizes work visually and Monday does that very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The human resources department would need more in-depth adaptations/customization on Monday, as this sector works in a different and more complex way. This customization takes more work and usually needs to be done with the help of an external consultant, paid specifically for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of organizing the projects and sharing with everyone what is happening in each department. The sense of organization is the biggest advantage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a good platform for project management, in general. I believe it works well for small, medium and large companies. You just need to map/understand well what is the management need that your company has, but anyway, I believe Monday has the potential to serve different sizes of companies because it is very customizable. It's hard work at the beginning to configure everything, but after everyone understands how to use it, it makes the company's management easier.

Super simple to operate and very easy to build and custom to the company's needs.
An excellent mobile app that allows working from the field.

There are some limitations, we believe it is in order to maintain simplicity.

Customer information, keeping data on tasks, assigning tasks to people, alerts, process management and more.
