What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and the different fitures and ux. Appreciate the connection to the slack and mail and many others
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific, I believe that the platform is really amazing and continent. Maybe to add different design opinions of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multidisciplinary teams with a lot of tasks. Complex missions, many data leads of the same tasks, self priorities of tasks etc...

Very powerful tools for our teams

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the spirit of simplicity and the automations we can create to simplify our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are more complicated to master at first! But once we have taken the time to dive into it, it becomes much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for our daily work with our development team! Thus we were able to set up a more coherent workspace for our employees, and we all know what needs to be done, if I am able to help my collaborator, and to have more regular reporting!

Using monday.com for business analysis operations

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create a board for organising my activities in a structured manner, which helps me in the day to day and prompts me through automations to follow-up any activities. Keeping an eye on everything can be difficult, but with monday.com I managed to build some good discipline on my work, so I could always be on time. All my informations were also shared and I believe in general the boards I have used have helped me boost the company's communication and synergy, making everyone accountable and included.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have loved for more integrations between monday.com and microsoft power bi, so that some of my reporting activities were automated through the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ad hoc activities which require scrupolous tracking, as well as day to day operations. Tracking of marketing and sales campaigns, expenses, purchase requests and in general for any required project which needed supervising, testing and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish what each board will be used for, and how they will wor together, so that you can use the automations at your best disposal and make the boards communicate with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday lets our creative team work collaboratively seamlessly. Keeping track of projects, clients and tasks with its intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints with the service. Support is brilliant and there are plugins to suit all needs of your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely is made easier with this tool. It has allowed our sales team to go paperless and cover sick staff easier as all information is in the one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is such an amazing piece of software as it keeps everything so organized. As a graphic designer, it is also super helpful to see what other people are working on as a team. I can always know what my colleagues are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe a new coding system would be better than having 10 numbers or so. Other than that, I believe the creators on Monday have come up with every possible solution and tackled in accordingly .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a graphic designer, our department works on Monday with organizing new projects and who works on what. Even for collaborative work, it is super helpful knowing where people are at and is anyone is struggling.

Once you know what to do, this software is amazing! It's super simple to use and you'll never want to use another software again. Amazing

A very reliable platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Monday.com is that it is straightforward and flexible. Even non-techy users can understand how to use this platform. As well as seeing the progress, the users can also see which team is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, all the features of this platform worked perfectly, except when I was using the mobile version, I would have to refresh the page to see the newest activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this platform, we can keep track of the current status of each of our tasks according to the set deadlines. It was also helpful for keeping track of our work schedules.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only recommendation for those who have doubts about trying monday.com is to try this, and I am sure they won't regret it.

Great for team transparency and track, a bit hard to maintain in large groups

What do you like best about the product?
Clear stating of the team status on all assignments. Easy to use interface and nice app.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to very large scale of tasks and boards, it becomes hard to follow. Notifications are not always relevant to me and my assigned tasks so sometimes I need to scan and look for my relevant notifications which is a redundant effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our team roadmap, current sprints, future sprints and backlog with our team board. This gives us a clear indication about all relevant product statues. Also our communication with the dev team regarding assignments status is managed in Monday.com (Instead of Jira for example)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to manage a small team of up to 5 people, I don't see a massive advantage for Monday, but when it comes to large scale teams it's very convenient and productive.
