Monday.com is a Project Management Dream!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a fantastic platform to manage accounts. By allowing a visually appealing platform, managers can easily keep track of the statuses of their projects and categorize them into different stages of the account life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike about Monday.com is the platform's minor bugs - for example, the platform fails to load new changes efficiently upon the first refresh and takes a couple of moments to portray accurate boards. With some patience, it is worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day I solve new problems using Monday.com - such as identifying gaps in the project cycle, noticing inconsistencies, and tackling them. The primary benefit I have realized is that having all of our information in one place allows for a summarized, personal understanding of critical factors that drive and inhibit performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall it's very customizable. Really felt like I was able to make a task tracking and roadmap board that fit exactly what I was hoping for. Made things a lot less clunky than Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
No big complaints so far. I wish the Slack integration was a bit more useful than just creating tickets. Also not the easiest to "share" a ticket between two workspaces

What do you like best about the product?
Format of the frames, elements, and other components that greatly assist in the views. I also really like the graphical views that provide various insights into the Monday overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the section focused on graphics could be more enlightening, I say this because there are some difficulties in understanding how to allocate the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of teams, demands, and also project sprints, as well as schedules and managerial view of the progress of processes and operations running in the company and businesses.

Very simple and handy

What do you like best about the product?
The facility to follow the projects in progress and their evolution. We know who is doing what and when
We use tables with sub-elements to distribute the work between the teams
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the only thing missing is a function to fill the cells when they are created automatically, or to copy / paste mutiple cells but it is so easy to use that you can do it manually with just a few clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday I am able to solve the follow-up and organization problems that can occur in a company with several departments and employees.
Our performance and speed have increased thanks to Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you won't be able to do without it, this tool has changed our organization and thanks to it we don't miss any information, and we gain in time and efficiency. You can easily manage several teams with their objectives and projects with a pleasant and straightforward graphic interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly enjoy how Monday makes it so easy to track everything and notify my colleagues of the updates on client- and project-specific requests. Definitely useful when cross collaborating across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more inspiration on how to use it for a variety of different workflows. The examples are helpful and the customer service reps are also, but it took a lot of trial and error to build out boards that worked well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of not having a base system in which we track all of our client requests and projects we are ongoingly working on. Realized the benefit of posting updates and looping in people as necessary

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information one can add to each item and the automations
What do you dislike about the product?
The subitem feature should be easier to use and the Inbox messages too. I use the latter as a description tab for my items and it is sometimes cumbersome to open and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good tool for project management and sprint planning. It helps us stay up to date with tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Monday. I am a jr developer / help desk support for my company and Monday makes it easy for me to stay on task and have a clear idea of what tasks i need to complete. I would highly recommend this to a friend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there is not much to dislike about Monday, however I would suggest that Monday allow for integration with others platforms such as Jira or Confluence which would make cross-platform work easier. Our company finds that we are using multiple platforms to manage our tasks, so if it could all be done on Monday it would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of task allocation on Monday. I benefit from this product because it helps me meet my deadlines and keep up with company changes and task assignments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with this product, if you learn what it has to offer it will be greatly beneficial to your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize virtually every element of your project boards, combined with the ability to seemlessly integrate with a ton of other tech like Slack, means that it's flexible in a way that no other project management tool, including Asana, can really compete with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pretty minor and simple features are sometimes used as the carrot to lure you over to higher packages. For example, the ability to have private boards being a feature only found in the enterprise tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabled us to improve accountability and collaboration across the business. We use it for everything from to-do lists, large project roadmaps, event planning, and more

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Monday is. It fits the needs of my team, delegating tasks, linking with our other systems like GitLab, and it is a lot easier to navigate than just using a google doc for the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how much you use Monday, it can get a bit overwhelming when you have a lot of archived boards. We appreciate having the archives; it would be nice to have a dedicated function to archive boards and put them in a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems including issue tracking, task management, scheduled release dates, and understanding when tasks are complete, so we can continue moving forward with our projects.
