The program that automated our business!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Mondays to manage and develop our internal and external processes. The automation function has saved so much time and resources to benefit the organization's flow. A centralised system that provides us endless end-to-end solutions.
Its attractive interface and high level of customisation satisfy all users, even those who are extremely particular or highly visual.
Automating our business and process management since using Mondays has significantly benefited our staff and company, not only from a resource perspective but also from employee morale. Through automation and integrations built into Monday's interface, we have reduced mundane and time-consuming tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
When many integrations or automation are built-in, Monday's can sometimes be difficult to navigate and alter. If the interface had the ability to group automations, it might be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially hard to navigate but fine once you are familiar

keeping the teams leads in one place
A very user friendly project management tool

Very easy to use and user friendly interfact makes it seamless to management projects

Platform is Quite expensive and may not be affordable. Simple user authentication and permissions are only available in enterprise plan which is silly

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate follow up items and tasks based on the status of items and the team members involved. Its easy to keep things organized and you can create collaborative boards with items from other boards. The dashboards are also very neat and easy to use. My team continues to benefit from their use of Monday and analytics are very intuitive for our leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the item connection between boards is currently set up. Its not very intuitive and breaks/lags pretty often. Additionally, I also wish you could update items via bulk without overriding columns that you aren't trying to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved many team collaboration problems. It is our HR platform, project management platform, collaboration tool, and helps us manage significant items of data that would otherwise be in spreadsheets.
I wish there were paid plans for small entrepreneurs that come with the same bunch as a 3 seat plan
What do you like best about the product?
The templates were nicely laid out. There is enough training material to get m started and build a foundation. I can see myself using Monday.com not only for business use but for personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a virtual assistant and my team is just me. I'm looking for a platform that I can track not just work things but personal projects as well. Monday.com has great plans for companies that are 3 or more seats. The free individual plan really comes with no benefits that other companies are providing. I love the layout and templates but I'm not paying for 3 seats when I'm just 1 person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would love to track my personal projects and contacts as well as business ventures. Monday.com has some good templates to make that happen but their pricing and plans don't allowed a paid plan and 1 seat.

It is easy to pick up the basics because of the user-friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability of the system in any line of business of the company; from the human factor to projects within the organization. Incredible automations that save you too much time and great benefit in controlling all the activities that occur
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is perfect for me in this system. I would recommend that more dynamic forms be released and that these are already linked to the managers who participate in the work boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this system I have solved many problems of communication, project monitoring, system integration in my company. I can have immediate information through the construction of Dashboards that are super easy to develop and interpret.
Monday is a one-stop shop for project management, scheduling, and internal communications!
What do you like best about the product?
Having used monday for the last few years, it's streamlined so much of our communication. From organizing and estimating tasks in a kanban fashion, to leaving a clear trail of comments and updates for future reference, there's so much more time to get work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times in the past that the app was unresponsive or generally buggy, but those concerns have disappeared over the last year!
I would love the app to update and maintain my sorting in real-time so I won't lose track of updated priorities throughout the day.

We've finally found a platform that engineers and managers both benefit from -- especially as it pertains to streamlining the whole communication process in time management and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday strikes a balance between usability and resourcefulness that others have avoided through being too narrow-minded or busy.
It might not be for everyone, but it's been the best tool for the job for our team.

It is easy to create and track tasks. The boards and security also is a plus.

I would like to have features similar to Jira or Asana, more deeply.

Monday solve the tasks which was a problem to follow, but with Monday is possible to control, assign and check.
