Monday has improved the organization of my work and team
What do you like best about the product?
Years ago, searching for the best organization for my team, I found this platform where everything is visible to everyone, it has the best tools to connect the team and above all, organize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integrations could be more understandable or have tutorials more readily available so that the team can view them in a didactic and autonomous way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication was a problem that was solved, a benefit was being able to mark the priority of our tasks, the amount of workload, and the delivery dates in this app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for organization and objectivity, Monday is the ideal tool. Additionally, as a leader, you can visualize your team's work, track progress, make corrections, and more.
Monday is a good managing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see all my projects and the status of my projects on 1 spot
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a separate subtask within a task to make things more organized than just having updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all my projects better. I can see it visually all in 1 place
I have had a great time using Monday.com and it makes every day feel like Friday.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows my colleagues and me to collaborate on complex projects across an entire portfolio, all the while providing insightful data. We use it daily, weekly, and quarterly depending on the objective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the pricing packages limit some key features that I argue shouldn't be part of the highest tier. Copying and templating is a reasonably common action, and to commoditize that is unscrupulous!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving inter-team collaboration inefficiencies. We have been able to project plan across team members and execute project deliverables using monday.com
Monday.com Greatness
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations and Automations are by far my favorites. Being able to quickly integrate 3rd party services and data and then turn around and Automate critical tasks found from the data is crucial in our business. Exporting and importing data back and forth from one system to another is time-consuming and inefficient. So the ability to connect to all of our essential data sources streamlines this process. Automating tasks based on conditional logic puts the icing on the cake for me. Creating the same repetitive task week after week and sometimes day after day is mind-numbing and a waste of time. I am grateful that Monday.com had the foresight to include integrations and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a little slugish when there is a lot of tasks or maybe if it has too many integration points. I have found the need to have to split some boards up to get the system to respond a bit faster. Sub-items are a bit of a challenge to adapt them to our needs. I wish there was more documented uses of this feature and how it works with timelines and time management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing & Keeping up with a multitude of tasks as well as hours spent on tasks is a lot easier now. But managing repetive tasks and duplication of projects has been very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay focused on the issues you are currently trying to solve with Monday.com. Make sure it solves those immediate issues. Then, most importantly, dream a little bit. Consider each feature that Monday.com offers and how you can use it to better your business. Better yet, push a little further until you are unsure if the product can even perform such a function ... and then ask! When you ask the support team these questions, it is then you will know their willingness to help or go the extra mile. Not only is It is very important to assess the product itself, but it is also equally important to assess the abilities of the customer support team. Be as thorough at your research of them as you would want them to be of any issues you submit to them :)

Monday.com brought our team together
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily monday.com allowed us to pull our individual tasks together and view the project as a whole. It is so versitile, allowing us to not only track projects, but goals, inventory, logistics, and so much more.

There is nothing that don't like! Monday.com is fabulous at listening to their customers and implementing new ideas to refresh and continue to make it better and better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohesiveness in our team. We have been able to pull together our individual tasks and view how important we all are to achieve project goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate! Monday.com started as a planning tool for our Marketing and Learning teams. Our entire company has since adopted it because of its ease of use and endless possibilities. It has enabled us to track, plan, collaborate, and bring together everything our teams are accomplishing.
A Very Helpful Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very flexible. It is easy to visually create boards with different structures and fields that fit various projects. I chose this over other solutions for how quickly I could test and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notification system was a little more sophisticated, like if I could turn off email notifications when building out a lot and setting up assignments so that users don't get bombarded. A batch email that rolls up all of the items to notify would be better than individual ones for each thing in those cases. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this for collaboration on projects across various teams. Its been a great way to centralize work and files and keep everyone in the loop at once. This has cut out a lot of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The order, i think to get the perfect match o timing in my projects, this option fills all the spaces in my work is easy to work with. the other thing is, the page that shows quickly in the explorer
What do you dislike about the product?
the home page gets a like tricky when you open the first time the web browser, this happens with all my browsers all the time in the first start up in my work pc and my personal pc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm having more clarity in my work, time improvement, efficiency in my activities checklist, and more control to others information, sometimes the persons dont aks you the same twice because is in monday and thats cool.

Make your updates every day to give others clarity about your tracking or work.

Monday.com has shown itself as a very operational platform that helps to keep the KPI levels and provide an insight to our new employees when joining the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about the Monday.com functionality. Of course, I don't use the whole infrastructure of this planning solution, but in overall I like everything.

I track my sales team to ve more efficient, also I track my support and operations team to be sure that they are handling all the tasks properly. Also, I track marketing activities.
