Great project management system
What do you like best about the product?
you can organize each workspace, great for big teams, very easy to customize each board and easily filter in the board, and simple to add a new task and link it to other tasks then creating subtasks from it
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be a bit complex and sometime it become difficult to undersand few things specially sorting points on the board is not useful. Sometime their server is not working and which creates a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in my company for sprint task management, when working on features, bugs, hotfixes

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and setup of Monday is the key to its success. Multiple teams across many KPIs all linked in one platform makes my life as a manager very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real point of improvement would be to move projects and sub-tasks across to other boards; I have not tried to do this in the latest update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve the problem of having many teams working on multiple projects across the business. The benefits of Monday are all of that is now under one roof and very easy to manage and keep on top of.

Monday.com is very quick to set up and easy to use the default boards as a starting point.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most is the platform's simplicity and how easy it is to display tasks. Colour coordinating the tasks makes everyones lives that little bit easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a bad experience yet - using it for over ten months now. I am delighted with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Monday has solved for our team is that organizing priority tasks and events is an effortless scheduled way. Our team's performance has increased in many aspects working with Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many amazing features, it is hard to choose my favourite one. The best thing about Monday is that it helps me to keep all my clients information organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to choose what I dislike about Monday when there are so many amazing benefits. One thing that would make it better, is if it was more mobile friendly and I could use the app on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our business to stay organised and keeps the workflow efficient. Everybody is able to clearly see what job they need to complete and this helps us to mark off the jobs as we go along.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very user-friendly easy on the eye. I love the fact that we can update everyone across the board, including email notifications, and that we can export to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints or dislikes regarding Monday.com, however, it would be amazing if Monday.com could integrate with our service system "Aroflo" - it would make it a lot easier data wise for our company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to keep track of our cash sales and expenses for advertising our business, making it effective at the end of each month. We also love having our to-do list in front of us every day.

Spend some time on the platform to experience its functionalities. The support videos are beneficial and technical support is the best.

Great tool to customize task-related actions/required info for. Suitable for all organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization you can achieve in every board. It allows you to tailor the requirements to move your task and actions to accelerate & facilitate collaboration with your team and make it as seamless as possible. It's also visually very interesting to look at and the in-built dashboards and automations can really help you automate and keep track of tasks and make your life easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly it can be challenging to understand how to set up automations, but there is plenty of material online and youtube to help you get the most out of it. It may be good to be able to have a "dialogue" box as a column option, that way you don't have to go into the task discussion to have a look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a general overview in the organization from sales to delivery. Great benefits realized in terms of prioritizing tasks and not letting things slip due to the reminders and agreed internal processes that were set up as a result of our transition to Monday.com
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have different business units (even non-traditional ones) I would really consider this tool as you can make use of Monday.com from highly technical tasks to even creative tasks and all the while managing sales and project management. VERSATILITY is the word I would use. And will help you keep track of tasks that need to be done.
