Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is and that it can be used for projects of different sizes. Most of the features work well, and it is an excellent tool for project management. The best features are it's automation ability. That I can set rules to droup cards by their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the editing options. When adding bulleted pionts to an update or bullet poins within a bulleted list, the editor messes up the formatting. This makes it hard to copy bulleted lists into the updates and notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made it easier to realize our project management goals for different clients. We use it to manage our project requirements, resources and plans for future improvements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch their tutorials to build boards and setup the integrations that work with other productivity tools like gmail and slack.

Versatility : As a beginner using the tool for the first time, you can pick from dozens of templates adapting to your need.
As a Project Manager, versed in dedicated PM tools, you will fall for the project, program, portfolio management. The extra bonus is that everyone in your company will be able to use it !
Scalable: I started 3 months ago with an elementary board to manage the day-to-day activities of the teams (AGILE). We now have, connected boards, measure our team velocity sprint after sprint, share our issues with our customers and providers. From simple to integrated !
Collaborative: all stays at the same place. from the projects information, deadline, issues tracking. time allocation, messaging, meeting minutes...

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating custom automation: once created, we cannot modify the conditions easily. We have to make a completely new one. I would very much appreciate having the same guided screen in updating as in creating

Team management: we created sprints board (per team) and use the time allocation to predict the availability of each team member
Project management: each project has its own board with a Gantt chart and project KPIs. All linked to our sprint boards !
Portfolio review: we created dashboard and Eagleview board to get high level visibility of all inititatives we are running simultaneusly.
Project selection: using forms, emailing and linked board, we easily define a link of subject to address helping us run through our Projects Roadmap

No contempt in any manner.Monday.com seeks to digitize and simplify the project management, to make it ultra-intuitive and pleasant, so our teams can have more time for creative tasks.

The user interface looks good and has the flexibility to extend the data you want to display on your dashboard in the form of columns.
It implements email notifications to let you know when things happen in your projects, like when a task is assigned to you and when a task is completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the friendly, intelligent, and creative interface. It makes a big database look simple, easy to use and it invites the user to work on it every day.
To be more specific, I love the different formats of the columns available, I love the integrations and the automations with Gmail because it is now easy to send automatic emails to customers in regards to their process, this saves a lot of time of my day!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many things I dislike about Monday, except the fact that it is not possible to personalize the emails with a different type of font, color of the font, size, images, videos, etc. I know I can use links and that I could use my own inbox to do that but it would be good to have that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time of my day by having the full tracking of all my customers and all the startup and innovation competitions they manage.
I have all the information in one place, one board and I do not need to use different platforms to take the control of all my projects

Assigning people to tasks and projects, and tagging people in comments and replies. It's a great way to work through project issues or roadblocks together
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure who gets notified or not? You can see when someone views something which is helpful, but when I tagged them and they haven't viewed it, what's up? Do they notifications turned off?

Prioritizing projects, managing teams and employees, building roadmaps and monitoring workloads. Monday.com helps manage team stress levels as well, and gives them a feeling of accomplishment

We use Monday to ceep track of all the different development projects we are running and with Monday we have full control from the idea to the finished product!

Monday is very flexible and if you don't know all the features it can be hard to get started in a good direction, we like to have more examples for product development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With several people working from home, Monday helps us to keep everyone on track with all projects!
It's never a manic Monday with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
If you're new to Project Management tools, I recommend Monday.com as it is effortless to use and navigate. The interface is clean and visually appealing. It's highly customizable based on your use case, so it doesn't matter what line of business you're in. The features are mostly self-explanatory, and there's a community you can tap into for support. In addition, there are so many templates to choose from and make an inspiration when building your boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing makes this tool less attractive to me. I much prefer paying per user like any other Project Management tool than for the number of seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's makes working and collaborating a lot easier! It saves me a few hours by automating things :)
