-It's highly customizable
-includes a variety of templates
-helps to keep everyone on the team organized and prepared
-allows every active team member to view all tasks and progress, allowing the team to be proactive if there are tasks unattended to or to pass work down from one person to another

-Expensive
-The 14-day free trial isn't long enough to get acclimated to all the aspects of the site
-A live support chat would be helpful to navigate and ask questions regarding site, which can be complex and confusing

What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and allows different setups for different teams or project types. Easy to compile information and communicate on a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not fully fleshed out. Features we find useful have dissapeared in the past in favor of other features that don't work as well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project data all in one place. Communication around a project all in one place.
Honestly it is just a super fun product, far superior to Jira or Notion

One feature that is so needed is the ability to change the status of a card from the open card itself

Monday.com is an amazing project management tool that we've been using for years now. My experience has been very phenomenal because it has a very intuitive user interface that is easy to customize and easy to navigate through.
It gatheres and displays progress data in an understandable and logical manner. This helps teams to keep track of common operations and projects.

So far so good,i am fully satisfied to be Monday.com customer.

Monday.com enables constant tracking of our projects, it utilizes Board concept that offers detailed insights on our projects, tasks and company performance.
Monday.com also provides progress and updates of our projects and helps teams to keep their deadlines and hit it on time.

I love this since it's web-based. They additionally offer an app, so in a hurry, I can check my work board and know how I need to help the day. It's an extraordinary way of remaining focused.

Great alternative to Jira
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily customize the workflow of sprint boards. monday.com is very user-friendly and allows excellent integration with other products such as slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com doesn't have the best free verison. When testing Monday.com to see if it would be a good fit for our use we couldn't use all the features and functionality as we get in the paid verison.

We use monday.com to track new features being built by developers.
