Monday a good tool for collaborative work and tracking your workload
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very modern user interface, which is very easy to customize. You can also create templates and set permissions and accesses as you required with different types of roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only available if you upgrade to a new plan. You need to make sure that you set up your reminder notifications, or you will receive a lot of spam until the task is mark as done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website is helping me track my day-to-day workload by creating cards for each sprint, separate them by boards, and choosing who is in charge of completing them, with the plus of being able to track your time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a tool where you can track all the workload of your team, track the amount of time that they spent on each task, set who is in charge of making sure that the job gets completed, uploading documentation, setting up permissions and accesses as you require, manage when you need to update credentials and plan before it too late to respond, then this is the right tool to pick.

Great collaboration and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track the progress of all of our projects in one place. Also the ability to add sub-items and assign tasks to individuals with deadlines, and the ability to change the status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company struggles a little with the notification system. We are in the process now, of creating a board to track all of the tickets we submit to various vendors in one place. Setting up the notifications for that board has been the most challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only project tracking tools we had were SharePoint and Excel, neither gave us the ability to track like monday.com does.

The tool needs to add more features included in their plans, basically, you need to pay for extra features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My workspace is organized, we have 2-10 users, and each team member has its own tasks board.
Great platform for any agency
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool not only for communication, but also for ease of assigning tasks, and also for time tracking/revenue tracking. It's wonderful as it's truly an all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little learning curve, just like anything in life. But the platform itself is wonderful - we love it!

Great for Cross - Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with slack has been invaluable for a company that is now almost 100% remote post COVID. Slack commands can bring up surveys that automatically link to Monday boards. Those Monday boards then alert the necessary stakeholders, and things can keep moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I don't save a board made by someone else, I can often have a hard time finding it without the direct link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where do I start - so many: the ability to personally stay on tasks with due dates and links to outside resources, work with cross-functional teams, ability to create surveys, the ability to create subtasks to be meticulous about deliverables.
Monday.com makes managing vendor partnerships easy
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Monday.com to manage our relationships with various partners, and the system makes it very easy to track development requests and timing to completion. The ability to create groups makes managing requests and timing incredibly easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sure this can be adjusted in settings and/or in training with various users, but many of our vendor partners will tag me as a user and assign the task to me, which creates multiple email notifications and that then becomes noise and a little tedious to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us solved timing issues with requests. Prior to using Monday.com things were getting managed between email, phone calls and Google Docs. We were finding that this became difficult to prioritize requests and at times finding requests getting overlooked. Monday.com is significantly more effective to manage these relationships.

The ability to customize everyone's tasks in a board and then bring the relevant data into a Dashboard to show all that data.

Some of the colors don't look that great and are hard to read in Dark Mode.

Manage Everything From Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Easly manage boards, update and fast-creating reports.
As an IT, I find it very useful to manage inventory and user-access.

It's not easy to manage the users, and the need for the user to confirm an administrative domain change is ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday to track and follow almost every organization's activity, including inventory and supplier services, with good compartmentalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend this service as it is handy for managing operations and activity, including team efforts and follow-up issues.
Best Project Management software I have found after researching.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple clean interface, easy to work with non technical team members. Intuitive interface and easily accessible via email and internet. Multi device friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per seat for a team of 5. I have just started up in business and need to be able to add multiple people to work collaboratively. Surely this would be beneficial for you if you provided 10 seats for new startups, so that we can do the work for you to demonstrate how good the product is, and how easy to use, making the users more likely to use this for their own future project.
