is very intuitive application for managment large projects

With my team, we can keep track of the activities and the KPI´s

We need to know who changed the status of activities more easily,

We can show my clients how they are progressing as a team with the projects and we can take corrective actions in a timely manner.

Using timelines and webhooks
What do you like best about the product?
I like integrating with API tools using webhooks so we can assess activity in spreadsheet format. I also like the timeline tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until you figure out the key commands, there's stuff than can only be done using the mouse. Tagging somebody in an update comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are essentially using it as a project management tool. It is user friendly enough to be used by all and also allows us to assess our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It's seriously like abc and 123 as easy as all CRMs shoukd be! Nothing to be confused about. It's all in here.

I don't know. As of now I like all the things that it can do. I am able to organize my work because of it.

Organization is the first thing cause i easily get confused especially i always muktitask and have other things to do aside from this task.

Great project management system but lack of automization options

A very intuitive system for project management and peers collaboration. A lot of third-party integration options makes it easier to migrate existing data

What do you like best about the product?
Difficult to choose what I like best, so I will list my top favorite things.
First, and perhaps most important to get others on board with using tools like these is the ease of use and getting started—no complicated setup or training folks on how to use it.
Second, there is often a trade-off between ease-of-use and power to customize and tailor to your business. Not so with Monday.com. The ability to add new columns to boards and groups and customize how data is captured and/or calculated is just incredible.
First, and perhaps most important to get others on board with using tools like these is the ease of use and getting started—no complicated setup or training folks on how to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I was resistant to using this tool sooner at a previous company, I assumed that the ease of use would be limiting in customizing to my specific needs, but that has not been the case. This tool is highly flexible and surprisingly uncomplicated to build out those customizations.

Monday.com serves as our company-wide project management system and often a primary communication tool for project/task status updates as well as planning.
Powerful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a robust and highly customizable tool to manage projects effectively. We can automate different things in it to make our life easier. This tool has an excellent User Interface, and it helps track individual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Applications sometimes consume a lot of your system resources. Time tracking could be better. Integration with Outlook Calendar is not very flexible. It sends too many email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is being effectively used in my organization to manage all our projects. This helps us to track all the tasks at the individual level, which makes the work very efficient.

The loading speed can be improved a bit, and the way it works with cache is not the best for us, as you often need to hard refresh to get to the most recent board changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From managing our development sprints to managing app articles and product itself, it's all managed in Monday. We have several automations between intercom and monday as well, so we can streamline the bug fixing process.

Try it out and be patient, after a few days of using it you will see how much it can help you.
Monday.com is a great tool for project management and Agile Framework
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has completely changed how we manage projects and get stuff done. We primarily use this to manage our agile marketing team. Using Monday.com I was able to implement an agile framework and was able to use preset templates to easily set this up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can take some time to customize things and get them set up but they have done a really good job of providing a lot of templates to pull from to save the setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new startup and have tried a number of different methods to manage projects. Monday.com allowed us to implement an agile framework that has solved a lot of issues for us when we are trying to move so quickly each day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you use monday.com be sure to rely on the templates because a lot of them have already been thought out and you will likely find what you need without having to build it from scratch.
