I like how easy it is to allocate my teams work, to give out tasks to all my freelancers. Teams work better remote

Monday is a very powerful tool that can be adapted to suit many different use-cases and workflows. It is easy and intuitive to use. For team task management it is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of our workflows required reconciling financial data recorded in Monday with third-party tool and this proved difficult. We found use-cases other than simple task management were not as smooth as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Monday to manage order workflow through the stages of quoting, invoicing and shipping. We used it for team tasks, and tried to use it for managing software development.

Spend time configuring the templates well to make using it easy and useful for your team. It is a great tool.

It is very flexible and allows different setups for different teams or project types. Easy to compile information and communicate on a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not fully fleshed out. Features we find useful have dissapeared in the past in favor of other features that don't work as well for us.

Project data all in one place. Communication around a project all in one place.
Honestly it is just a super fun product, far superior to Jira or Notion

Monday.com is an amazing project management tool that we've been using for years now. My experience has been very phenomenal because it has a very intuitive user interface that is easy to customize and easy to navigate through.
It gatheres and displays progress data in an understandable and logical manner. This helps teams to keep track of common operations and projects.

Monday.com enables constant tracking of our projects, it utilizes Board concept that offers detailed insights on our projects, tasks and company performance.
