What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize everyone's tasks in a board and then bring the relevant data into a Dashboard to show all that data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the colors don't look that great and are hard to read in Dark Mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking what employees are doing.
Tracking due dates on tasks.
Tracking communications sent.
Lots of great tracking features.

What do you like best about the product?
Easly manage boards, update and fast-creating reports.
As an IT, I find it very useful to manage inventory and user-access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to manage the users, and the need for the user to confirm an administrative domain change is ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday to track and follow almost every organization's activity, including inventory and supplier services, with good compartmentalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend this service as it is handy for managing operations and activity, including team efforts and follow-up issues.

Best Project Management software I have found after researching.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple clean interface, easy to work with non technical team members. Intuitive interface and easily accessible via email and internet. Multi device friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per seat for a team of 5. I have just started up in business and need to be able to add multiple people to work collaboratively. Surely this would be beneficial for you if you provided 10 seats for new startups, so that we can do the work for you to demonstrate how good the product is, and how easy to use, making the users more likely to use this for their own future project.

planning
time management
getting things in order
sharing and storing key information
ability to store key files in the relevant section
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just do it! try the free version for a short time and pay for the additional functionality when you are used to using it!

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of flexibility and cross-team capability; allows easy track
What do you dislike about the product?
The large amount of features and customability makes the app hard to use and the tutorials are not very intuitive

Alignment and assignemnt of tasks across multiple teams; project management is easier and automated

What do you like best about the product?
The task management is on point, and setting up the software is relatively easy. I like the mobile app because I can see notifications from my team right away. The comment section is a nice way to interact with people at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to upgrade to a pricier version to get the time management feature. I would like to have a feature to show some boards to my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management has become more straightforward with Monday. We also use it to manage projects and leads more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The features are so flexible,plus I really appreciate the fact that the developers are constantly updating the app to make it better.
Its very easy to use,and the best thing is that I can create a board and even share it with other users in the organizations . This makes itexactly what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am unable to link more that one board and sometimes the automation feature glitches and the action has to he redone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am able to share with other users in the organisation and this has really helped me

I would highly recommended to all single users and organisations to use Monday.com.its the best thing we got now

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday is able to separate tasks and subtasks for teams to accomplish the goals. I also like the updating of the task status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Both the email notifications and the task updates can get very confusing. This is especially apparent when trying to update the status of subtasks. Also it is somewhat difficult to set up multiple teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As described above, setting up multiple teams and keeping track to subtasks can be an issue especially when multiple users are assigned subtasks under one main task.

What do you like best about the product?
East project management of all our current, past, and future projects. Apart from that the automation feature really makes our life easy and the long list of integrations allows us to integrate Monday.com easily with any app that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really great if we can the ability to expand sub-items. This would of great help especially when we have long boards, so having a quick glance at the sub-items would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday.com within various departments to keep track of all our projects, new hires, etc. A lot of our employees work remotely so this acts as a critical place to have all information stacked in one palce.
