I find Monday very useful and practical tool for organization, teamwork and delegation.
What do you like best about the product?
Its a friendly tool, very easy to use. It helps you with delegation of task in between team and for personal organization as wel. I really like the option of private, public and sharing content with external teams.
Its so easy to export to an excel or import from an excel.
I find it even more useful in this time of pandemia where most of the companies were obligated to have their teams work from home. this is a great way to maintain the organization of presential meetings, delegation of task, organization inside and outisde the company

So far I havent had any problems using Monday.

I truly like the color coding as I believe visually its very easy to find your way
The remainders are just a gret plus so you never miss a deadline and the different ways to show the progress of an item .

Effective Friendly Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface to track and follow up on small details. Its very easy to create sub items and have a complete track of the actions needed for each project. Love the way to create main workspace and dashboards, this is easy to set up and control. I love the integration with MS oulook and the email notifications are good.
One of the other benefits is the web platform that allows to access our dashboards from anywhere and the fact that data is updated in real time provides the benefit to be used by several users at the same time.
In another point it is very important to metion that the security of the tool is very strong, this provides the proper levels of data security that the company needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to recover data on small fields when some data is deleted by mistake. Some times the tool is off line, this prevents the normal flow of the operation. Maybe the movil app should be more friendly.

I use it to add my TO-DOS for the week so I never forget anything.
When I have long processes at work, I use Monday to do the workflow so I don't forget any steps.
I love the Learn & Get Inspired section.

A good way to track past, current and future action items.

It has helped me track every step on client's requests.
I like the info boxes/add a note section, that has helped me to simplify emails into notes for each item.
I like how shared projects can be easily managed since you can see comments, statuses and action items.
In our meetings, we go through Monday to talk about topics on each board. So we don't forget anything.

It's such a great platform! Look around every day and you will find ways to automate your work stuff!

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use, and it is always helping our company to have activities under control, and when you need to attach files it is easy to do it and it is super fast to upload, the templates that are given to create the boards are really useful and make everything easier :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is kind of slow or takes some minutes to load, also I would like to have a better insight about how an integration can be done, I know you can integrate but I dod not know how to do it, maybe with excel or salesforce would be an excellent option

Overall great product with minor issues
What do you like best about the product?
The automations they've included make certain tasks way easier. I can perform multiple tasks automatically just by changing the status of an item, saving me (and my colleagues) a lot of time in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
High-functioning boards often load very slowly or lag up to 10 minutes after loading the board. This can make it difficult to search for certain items on boards. I keep multiple monday.com tabs open to the boards I used most frequently to help mitigate this problem so each board is always loaded at the beginning of the day. All of the tabs open isn't a huge bother, but definitely something to note.
Sometimes automations don't work and you don't realize until after the fact-- this can cause problems when items are supposed to move between groups and haven't, but I haven't realized until hours or days later.

Mostly monday.com has helped our company save a lot of time and be more productive, while also making sure everything is correctly documented and not housed in multiple different documents.
Good platform that needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
Basic concepts are easy to explain, and it helps us keep our day-to-day moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations need work, and more support from Monday.com. We've been on calls with Monday.com support and have shown them things they didn't think were possible. Then, when we asked about some simple things it should execute, there was no automation for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business workflows. Reduced time to reaching out to those outside our organization.
Monday has been pretty effective in helping my team complete day to day tasks.

I like how each board can be customized to fit the needs of each of our very different departments. The automation feature of Monday.com has also been super effective in sending emails out to multiple people at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
When too many items are created within a board, Monday.com often runs extremely slow, inhibiting productivity. The lagging on boards when updating items is the biggest issue I have encountered while using Monday.com.

It is helping us stay organized by having most info in one place. It has also helped us to streamline communication and document the communication in one place as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the task assigning and tracking features on monday.com. It makes staying on track with projects easier. I also appreciate how intuitive the software is. I never miss deadlines on projects anymore as the deadlines are so clear on each task assigned to me. I also appreciate how easy it is for departments to curate their own boards and groups on monday. I also loved how I can track if a task or assignemtn has been viewed by a collague. This lets me know if I need to follow up with them to be sure they've seen a task to ensure that it's completed on time. Also, the color coding really helps to sort through different options and drop-downs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that one of my dislikes is how long it takes to learn the software. The platform is a bit busy to the eyes. It can be overwhelming for new users with all of the toggles and drop-downs. Also, at times navigating boards can be difficult due to the time it takes for boards to load. Spending five minutes or more to wait on a board to load is not the most efficient use of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that I'm able to solve using monday.com is staying on top of all of the projects I currently have on my plate. It makes tracking super easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would totally recommend using Monday to others. I would suggest training team members thoroughly on the platform before requiring them to use it. Also, Monday.com should offer free training to its users when signing on for the service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy transition of pulses and how they are moved easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get really laggy, especially on boards with charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving staffing, and contract problems. We have had clear communication on pulses commenting and am able to quickly communicate with feasible notifications too.
