What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a flow of tasks and templated processes to create automation workflows for common use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that would even be considered as a "con" is the lack of a button to clear the entire inbox of unread messages at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using spreadsheets to track repeated tasks and workflows for one client or all clients in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is just so customizable. The automation function helps so much with not having to do the same repetitive tasks to keep tasks where they need to be. It's like having a personal assistant for your work.
Keeping timers on tasks is helpful for billing. It also helps communication throughout the team to know what's going on at all times.
We use Monday.com to track our Purchase Orders, and keep updated information on each job we are currently working on.
I like that there is an in app chat feature.
I like the number column to keep track of cost and sales to figure out profits and figureout quarterly commissions.
I would highly recommend this product and have renewed my subscription twice already.
Being able to add files and pictures to the job on the group is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could put a calendar on my dashboard that was not linked to my tasks and boards. I want to keep track of my dates and things that do not have a board or group.
More customizable automations would be helpful. Being able to personalize more, even though it is already pretty good for that.
I would like to be able to BOLD or highlight certain tasks to bring them further to attention when writing tasks on a board.
There are sometimes delays in the updates, which can lead to confusion on timers. Other than a few minor things, I am pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep on top of tasks with due dates, knowing where everyone on the team is at with their jobs and communication.
It's helping to recall information for future orders to search back quickly and see all information in one place for a past order to reflect.
I can easily stay on task with my sales on one board and know what my next job is with them.
If our installers are out and something changes on the job, Monday.com easily lets me update the information and alerts our installers on the change. I can check to make sure they have seen the update.

The abilitly to custom any board to additional content and automate the workflow.

Limited reporting functions for daily work assisnments.

Developing an ad-hoc service desk with dashboard to help bring visability to IT services. Also a cheap alternative to costly inventory managment systems

What do you like best about the product?
The Monday user interface is the best aspect of the software. It is clean, bright, and a pleasure to use. It is very powerful, but easy to learn all the ins and outs. I also like that the Monday team is always adding new features. I am a beta tester too and I like trying out the new features before they are official. For example, I really enjoyed having access to the dark mode interface early as it was a feature I really wanted. I was able to test it out, find a few bugs, report that to the team, and they were fixed shortly after. Another thing I love is the robust column types. It makes the world of difference between a Monday board and a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets can get so messy so easily, but I love that Monday has robust data types but also keeps the formatting in line for you. I can customize each board to exactly how I like without worrying about other's coming in and messing up the formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes performance issues with very large tables. It seems as though tables were ment to be used for smaller projects each rather than one large table. Also, the import feature is still not exactly what I want it to be. The Monday team made HUGE improvements to this tool recently, but I'd like to be able to import directly to a specific group, not just a specific table. But again, much better than the tool used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for many clients. The dashboard are a lifesaver when communicating with clients. They are simple, beautiful, and look very professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is well worth the price and can add a lot of eficiency to your team!

What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed how extensible the system is. The ability to add columns to a project has been tremendously useful. I'm still learning to the system, but overall I've been impressed. Compared to other PM softwares I've used, there's a much lower barrier for entry. There's a good deal you can accomplish with it, and the reporting output has been impressive. I'm still exploring how to break large projects down into smaller sprints and track them all within the purview of the parent project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'm just missing something, but it seems like there are some columns that can't be removed. There could be a few more column types that would be useful as well. For example, being able to define a set of values for a custom column and then only being able to enter those values. They have something similar with the progress column, but I'd like to see something more verbose and customizeble. My only other gripe is that its a little weird moving and copying events sometimes. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it just feels a little unintuitive sometimes; Although I'm not sure how to improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it to maintain a better continuous flow of communication in our team and between our stakeholders. The system has allowed us to be more fluid in our development, and it has encouraged us to do better analysis of our projects during the planning period. It provides our department manager with an easy way to gauge our progress on a project, and it allows us to convey a project's status to our stakeholders very quickly. We generally come away from meetings already having a rough breakdown of our stories and story points for the project, which can be quickly loaded into monday. It has also been beneficial to us to be able to the message chain on tasks to keep track of progress, updates, and emergent needs or problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend the program. It is very lightweight and has a pretty easy learning curve. We were able to get our team and up running in just a few days, and I don't think there's any other system we'd rather be using.

Great Remote Working Solution for To-Dos and Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customization options are top-notch. In addition, the tech support team has been a great help in adding beta features to our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better email and Slack integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team transitioned to a remote work environment in March 2020, since then we have added tools to help our continued growth and success. Originally. we were managing tasks via Slack and Outlook - Monday gives us a central location that everyone in. the company can access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it before you buy it, you'll quickly see how easy it is to use and make a part of your team's daily routine. Stage the rollout - chose a department to work with the tool for a few weeks and let that department roll out Monday.com to the rest of the organization. this worked well for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been definitely a game changer for our company. It really is an amazing project tool manager, well organised and customisable / flexible that I would definitely recommend to others! I love how Monday keeps every project easy to manage and to keep everything in one place. The boards are also super customizable depending on what kind of information you want to display. Well designed and functional.
Probably my favorite part is the flexibility offered by Monday.com to fit your needs .
I really like the way you can also integrate Monday with all the other tools that we use internally on daily basis (such us Zendesk, Jira, Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really a few things I dislike to be honest. I can say though that it can be a little tricky to navigate the site when the menus/navigation layout change with updates.
I have mentioned the integration with Zendesk as a strong point although I wish it could be a bit more in depth integration with Zendesk as I find it a bit limited.
Sometimes you get a bit of time lag and you have to refresh multiple times to see the updates. But I must say again these are just minor things I personally dislike although overall all we are all very pleased and impressed with how much Monday has helped us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to create project plans, in the most flexible way, that showed what all parties in the different departments were required to do. All in real time.
My team and I have much better visibility and communication while using Monday.com. The management team can keep an eye on all the different projects going on at the same time and make sure we all are staying on top of our projects.
Due dates are easier to be met as all. very visible at first glance. You can really see the benefits of using Monday.

Great workflow tool

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to designate tasks to different persons, marking, tagging and timing these tasks are also great features. We've been using Monday to set up workflows for every project and have an excellent overview of all projects we got.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any downside with using monday.com. Nothing in particular i don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solve with monday.com are distributing, tracking and managing tasks. We creat workflows for ourselves that are very effective in comparison to other services like Mondays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely give it a shot. You can do almost anything that you desire.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the UX of the platform and the way it connects with your team mates. I am using it not only for managing my duties within the team but as well as a personal agenda for my own responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a highly useful tool but if managed wrongly, it could transform directly into a bin of things to do. I think you could really offer on-platform resources to improve our lean and project management skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found useful the tool to organize my agenda and the things I have to do weekly and with my colleagues. I also use Monday as a whitepaper to write down every idea I may have and ensure that I don't forget anything.

I deeply think that I can even get more from the platform but can't find valuable resources. I would really like to learn more about the tool and how can we do project management using Monday.
