Seemless process flow.
What do you like best about the product?
The Customizability and easy to use slick interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards, sometimes can become quite clustered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project status and tracking, task assignment, document upload.

If you seek a slick, quick and efficient interface - this is it.
A great tool for small to medium sized projets
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and operated like a lot of modern social networking tools. The UI seems intuative and easy to use. I recommend monday for those who are not used to the more technical tools out there. It's easy for the whole team to get to grips with sooner rather than later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI changes quite frequently. It would be nice if it would stay the same more often. The canges are often not annouced either so we would log in one day and realised the whole UI is different and it wastes valuable time getting to know the new layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for both client UAT and internal project management. Previously we would have issues with trying to keep track of the many changes and developments in the projects but with monday we were able to centralise the tasks and recoursed and allocate accordingly as well as getting our clients to colaborate and add in their own issues or requirements directly into their allocated boards. it has made the process much simpler.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get stuck in. You will quickly find out if it's right for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive and doesn't require a high level of end user training. Once setup, employees can experiment and be creative with their designs or utilize the pre-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing costs can increase quickly and as the product is very user friendly it can spread quickly within the organization. You also have to subscribe to the Pro or Enterprise versions to get the best features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing workloads for sure. Improving department and individual accountability for tasks and getting work completed on time.
Helping our agency develop scaleable processes and keep all the moving parts super organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create custom board templates that can be easily added when you have a new client or project come on board that follows a similar process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the changes that happen or they test out lately seem to be adding an additional step, although very minimal (an extra click) it can really disturb the work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving how to create efficiencies and scale our business. Having everything in one place for the entire team to see if they are or aren't on the project or be able to see how much is going on has been very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like its GUI and its management, Sprint and Task, which we create is very user friendly to manage its UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine but sometimes when we edit the task its redirects to attachment windows.

We are just tracking our day-to-day task activity and project management.

Monday.com is a handy tool for events, projects, Bugs, management; I am happy with the product.
Non Profit Savior
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the non profit discount, Monday.com allowed us to replace Salesforce and fill employee holes that we currently can not afford to fill. The ability to automate email reponses, uploade files/google drive docs, and tag my co-worker are just a FEW things I am in love with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Monday.com is that it can be a bit expensive for a larger team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved our donor logging, daily workflow glitches, and intern management. The time keeping option allowed us to justify adding more employees, properly assign tasks, and offer help to other team members when needed.

The ability to create a flow of tasks and templated processes to create automation workflows for common use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that would even be considered as a "con" is the lack of a button to clear the entire inbox of unread messages at once.

Using spreadsheets to track repeated tasks and workflows for one client or all clients in one place.

It is just so customizable. The automation function helps so much with not having to do the same repetitive tasks to keep tasks where they need to be. It's like having a personal assistant for your work.
Keeping timers on tasks is helpful for billing. It also helps communication throughout the team to know what's going on at all times.
We use Monday.com to track our Purchase Orders, and keep updated information on each job we are currently working on.
I like that there is an in app chat feature.
I like the number column to keep track of cost and sales to figure out profits and figureout quarterly commissions.
I would highly recommend this product and have renewed my subscription twice already.

I wish I could put a calendar on my dashboard that was not linked to my tasks and boards. I want to keep track of my dates and things that do not have a board or group.
More customizable automations would be helpful. Being able to personalize more, even though it is already pretty good for that.
I would like to be able to BOLD or highlight certain tasks to bring them further to attention when writing tasks on a board.
There are sometimes delays in the updates, which can lead to confusion on timers. Other than a few minor things, I am pleased.

We keep on top of tasks with due dates, knowing where everyone on the team is at with their jobs and communication.
It's helping to recall information for future orders to search back quickly and see all information in one place for a past order to reflect.
I can easily stay on task with my sales on one board and know what my next job is with them.
If our installers are out and something changes on the job, Monday.com easily lets me update the information and alerts our installers on the change. I can check to make sure they have seen the update.

What do you like best about the product?
The abilitly to custom any board to additional content and automate the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited reporting functions for daily work assisnments.

Developing an ad-hoc service desk with dashboard to help bring visability to IT services. Also a cheap alternative to costly inventory managment systems
Love this software
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday user interface is the best aspect of the software. It is clean, bright, and a pleasure to use. It is very powerful, but easy to learn all the ins and outs. I also like that the Monday team is always adding new features. I am a beta tester too and I like trying out the new features before they are official. For example, I really enjoyed having access to the dark mode interface early as it was a feature I really wanted. I was able to test it out, find a few bugs, report that to the team, and they were fixed shortly after. Another thing I love is the robust column types. It makes the world of difference between a Monday board and a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets can get so messy so easily, but I love that Monday has robust data types but also keeps the formatting in line for you. I can customize each board to exactly how I like without worrying about other's coming in and messing up the formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes performance issues with very large tables. It seems as though tables were ment to be used for smaller projects each rather than one large table. Also, the import feature is still not exactly what I want it to be. The Monday team made HUGE improvements to this tool recently, but I'd like to be able to import directly to a specific group, not just a specific table. But again, much better than the tool used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for many clients. The dashboard are a lifesaver when communicating with clients. They are simple, beautiful, and look very professional.

The software is well worth the price and can add a lot of eficiency to your team!
