What do you like best about the product?
It is SO EASY! helps me be organized, organize my team, and keep track of the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and big picture plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more automation for daily tasks!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to miss tasks because I was not properly tracking them. Now I do not miss a task, and I can plan my schedule much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget about Excel tables or tasks on calendars to accomplish tasks. Monday.com provides the ability to do your everyday work AND plan accordingly for your future.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized. Can separate everyting according to the client.
We've implemented things to keep everyone on track. It's good to have one main place for everyone to see what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more like Skype, where we can have instant communication with each other. Their texting is a little weak. You can text about a certain item we would like where we can text about general things. And there's really no place to do that. Can they implement Skype into it?
They had a texting buy it went away in 15 seconds. Not helpful.
Some people are not complying with Monday. They just don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep everyting organized and in it's place.
How to keep clients up to date as to what's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very Interactive and easy to understand and customize. There are lots of customizable templates available. The integration with other applications is quite easy. Must needed options like Status updates and Reminder results in reduction of back and forth emails. Customer Service is amazing as I always got a quick and satisfactory response from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a mobile application that can manage all your projects on the go and makes it more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep track of all the project's tasks and tell us where the progress stands as far as due date is concerned. It also helps in giving you an organized view of everything you have going on and gives a notification before the due date of particular tasks.

Best Project Management Tool We've Used

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly simple to use and makes managing our time and tasks extremely easy. The automations are easy to set up, and the support is great! Definitely the most user friendly project management software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy depending on what plan you choose. The pricing is based on how many team members you have, but it's only done by 5s (ie, 5, 10 15,20 etc team members). if you're in between those sizes you're paying for more teammates then you actually have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had a hard time staying on top of our many different projects- Monday has streamlined our meetings and our client work by helping us track everything easily. It makes team collaboration a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, integrations with other tools, and setting up triggered reminders to stay on top of everything is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relatively new workspace layout is a little clunky, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage meetings, organize frequently accessed content, keep track of to-dos, and do many other things with Monday.com. It makes me more effective as a manager and our company more effective as an org. It's saved us time and money and empowered us to keep focused on the most critical items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about Monday.com as purely a project management tool; that will limit the output/ROI you get from it. I would suggest thinking of it as more of a dashboard or home base, where you keep track of what is most important for you to get your job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's flexibility to adapt to each project is pretty amazing as well as its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We havent havent really found anything we truly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to track projects and keep all staff in the loop. So far we have used it large projects and it has worked really well. The benefit is it's better than spreadsheets but very user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone to at least give Monday a shot for tracking of projects and tasks. It's worked really well for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it is so versatile. I can add comments, checklists and organize my boards as they make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Teams doesn't work for me because rarely are there "true" due dates. I would like to see things in teams that don't necessarily fit the way it is designed right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to have separate conversations with my manager. He can always see where I am on a project as I check things off my list. As I complete items, I mark them done. Once a week, we have a team meeting and all 5 of us can report our last week and upcoming week in less than 30 minutes. It's a huge time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it very easy to manage projects, the best features for us are that you can assign team members to tasks, set deadlines and reminder emails, and break down main tasks into sub-tasks that helps to keep track.

The user interface is very easy and fun to use.

Their customer service is team is the best! They are quick to respond to any billing questions and very helpful! They also offer various packages to fit any need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The different packages are a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to communicate with the team, everything is visible for every team member. We save time and resources by keeping everything related to a project at the same spot.

What do you like best about the product?
The board automation is awesome. I have a lot of automation set up across Integromat/Zapier and Monday so that we have entire systems for internal and external services work seamlessly in monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want systematic backups/snapshots of my entire Monday workspace and integrations saved to my company google drive. I haven't seen this yet and really want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking product roadmap and status, organizing hiring priorities, identifying sales leads pipeline, and managing existing accounts. All of our org is in one place and we can clearly see so much about where we are and what we need to do. Slack integration for updates shows team transparency on major events/tasks being complete.

Excellent Organizational Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't even call Monday.com a tool, it's the entire toolbox. We use this system for proposals, accounting, task accountability, HR needs, communication, project timelines, site rosters, scheduling meetings, and pretty much anything else we can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love a more streamlined chat center to communicate with team members. Something like a "widget" option at the top of the board with a message board. Some features have bugs on mobile app, but overall the customer service is always quick to respond and rectify the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've realized that transparency is key for the optimal workflow. Communication and organization are two of the many problems taken care of with Monday.com.
