Monday.com is the clear winner when selecting a collaboration tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the flexibility to customise each board to suit the workflow and fields required to make it suit your use case and your teams' experience; added to that, the integrations into hundreds of other platforms make it fit all our use cases perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be quite intimidating getting a team member to embrace using the platform, especially if they haven't used a system like this before, the colours and columns can be intimidating. The only other dislike is the pricing for small teams; having a cheaper option for a one-man-show would be ideal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make use of Monday.com for various entities within our business, from IT operations, to Finance, Creative teams, and recently even our BI and Data Analysis teams, each with their custom workflows and boards to suit their needs. The benefits speak for themselves; our meetings are concise and productive as we discuss a central view of tasks, and the teams never worry about missing a task or deadline - so overall effectiveness has gone up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the free trial a go; you won't be sorry once you start enjoying the simplicity that Monday.com brings to your life.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX design is simple and can be custom to any workflow that you need for your projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't put a guess users on a team to communicate with them easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a workflow approvel proccess that can be seen by mutiple people at the same time. The benefits of this is that I don't need to remind people through email or text to confirm projects

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super easy to use, yet advanced features are available for power users. It's such a flexible platform that can be set up to accommodate any team effectively. The integrations offered are amazing from 3rd party apps and the automation available is stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't always have the same functionality as the web app. I use Monday at my job and when consulting with clients, so I do wish it was easier to see tasks across accounts or to move things around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to create transparency, maximize team output, ensure team members see how they help accomplish overall KPIs and foster collaboration.

I like that it is very intuitive, it helps the whole team to achieve their goals and encourages communication

An additional tutorial could be helpful with each update or new tool within the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is! My entire team loves using it and it's been a total game changer for our efficiency as a company! I don't know how I ever did without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're much more efficient and we've been able to all stay on track with each client task. We're getting further ahead every day! Great feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes it to collaborate with a team. It makes workflows within an organizaiton easy and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more training videos. As well as a more intuitive interface for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving process issue and workflow within a team. We use it for work flow functions within our corporate finance team. From credit memo to our contract CO process. This platform has made it easy and freeflowing for our team to work together. The feautre that is really helpful is the automation and being able to taylor the workflow and notification to the corrects personell.

We also use the platform for approvals and review of financial actions within the organizations. Being able to create task and send out to others for review and approval is one of the things that truly makes monday.com amazing.

On top of that it keeps everything organized and easily accesible all in one place. Especially when it comes to contracts and Change orders. Being able to attach files and provide insight and descriptions all in on line of information is a plus. This truly mitigates members having to go searching for items and other information across many platforms.

Overall monday.com help us track, analyze and organize many workflows and keeps it all in one place so everyone involved can collaborate amd respond.

I 100% recommend using Moday.com if your organization needs to collaborate and get things done in an organized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
This user-friendly platform is practical and intuitive, which is vital for adoption of employees who are less experienced in terms of digital solutions. On top of that, their support team is professional and one of the best I ever interacted with, for they are quick to respond and very intelligent. Most of all, as the title goes, monday.com is a superb solution for companies that adopt agile's best practices, principles, values and methodologies. Monday.com leverages collaboration, transparency and rapid feedback in order to create value for your teams, projects and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that they do not have a desktop version of their platform, yet.
I also believe that monday.com did well by implementing a dark-mode to their platform, but I dislike how it is displayed nowadays. Basically, the dark-mode does not offer an optimal contrast and, due to that, it is difficult to navigate with the dark-mode activated. If monday.com has some sort of instant messaging attached to it, then I also dislike it; because I have never used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some trouble in using excel online to track projects and manage some of our processes. Monday.com has solved excel's inneficiencies by providing a more esthetically pleasant board, capable of configuring various automations with ease, showcased in a environment that is both easily accessible and efficient (quick to sync).

Monday.com Best PM Tool I've Used!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly simple and powerful, depending on how you want to use it. We plug into the Monday API to build custom apps, use their reporting, and all business functions use Monday to track projects. It keeps us organized. The Slack integration is great as well to stay up to date on notifications. Even team members that hate all PM tools we've used in the past like Monday and have integrated it into their process. We use it across all teams - reporting, media buying, creative requests, financial operations, office operations, new hire onboarding, training, client task lists, and more. We can even invite clients as guests for free to share visibility into the tasks we are working on for them. This helps showcase the number of tasks we are doing since many clients seem to think not much work is being done but have no idea how much work goes on behind the scenes for their accounts. Our project managers own many of these boards so they can keep them up to date at all times. Monday has saved our teams countless hours over the years and we have no plans on switching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are dependent on the person's settings, so many people miss the notifications that come via email since we are more of a Slack organization. The reporting dashboards aren't 100% flexible enough for as robust reporting as I'd like, but some of them are decent enough to get the job done. Sometimes we've used the API to build better reports instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits would include:
- hundreds of hours of time saved
- standardized processes across the board
- cloning templates so people don't need to create the wheel
- keeping everyone organized in a covid remote world
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a PM tool that can be used by everyone, that is easy to use, can go across desktop and mobile easily, Monday is for you!
