The best project management tool and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it very easy to manage projects, the best features for us are that you can assign team members to tasks, set deadlines and reminder emails, and break down main tasks into sub-tasks that helps to keep track.
The user interface is very easy and fun to use.
Their customer service is team is the best! They are quick to respond to any billing questions and very helpful! They also offer various packages to fit any need!

What do you dislike about the product?
The different packages are a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to communicate with the team, everything is visible for every team member. We save time and resources by keeping everything related to a project at the same spot.
Using Monday for everything from project management to company operations is really awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The board automation is awesome. I have a lot of automation set up across Integromat/Zapier and Monday so that we have entire systems for internal and external services work seamlessly in monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want systematic backups/snapshots of my entire Monday workspace and integrations saved to my company google drive. I haven't seen this yet and really want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking product roadmap and status, organizing hiring priorities, identifying sales leads pipeline, and managing existing accounts. All of our org is in one place and we can clearly see so much about where we are and what we need to do. Slack integration for updates shows team transparency on major events/tasks being complete.

Excellent Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't even call Monday.com a tool, it's the entire toolbox. We use this system for proposals, accounting, task accountability, HR needs, communication, project timelines, site rosters, scheduling meetings, and pretty much anything else we can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love a more streamlined chat center to communicate with team members. Something like a "widget" option at the top of the board with a message board. Some features have bugs on mobile app, but overall the customer service is always quick to respond and rectify the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've realized that transparency is key for the optimal workflow. Communication and organization are two of the many problems taken care of with Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see progress of every project and we can see the team's progress as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the clutter that happens from old projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has products that get released often. We need to keep track of product shots for our website and photos shoots for social media posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using Monday.com for all of our social media and standard media. We have products that we sell that we roll out with weekly content packages. Monday helps us to organize what we have accomplished in previous marketing pushes. It also helps us to keep track of projects, just so nothing falls through the cracks of a mountain of media.
Super organized for work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar view functions and that you can tag the organizer, add notes etc. It also has a nice filter and sort option.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's not much I dislike about monday.com. We used to arrange our content calendar in an excel spreadsheet, but we found this works way better for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems.

Monday is great, helpful and friendly, has a lot of tools and features to improve team work

The friendly system and at the same time, all the complexity of work that you can do, also i don't use all the tools but Monday have a lot of them, like Kanban boards, teams communication, slack extensions, etc.

Sometimes have weir bugs on graphics, needs more consistency and less experimentation in production haha,

Backlogs of product, scrum track, product development, in general the organization do his daily operations with Monday
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is nice to have experience with software and Agile methods, be patient and try any tool, sometimes Monday does not explain all the features, that's why is very useful to try and click to everything
Monday.com does not give me the case of the Mondays
What do you like best about the product?
The best functions of Monday.com is the ability to export to Excel any of the Boards I create, so that a lot of the items I need to share with clients or internally can be done so via an export. The other thing I love is the automations, and the more they can allow us to customize or create, the better for work flow processes. Lastly, the email tracking attached to the pulse is another favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't much I dislike, but this goes with any platform, is that new features tend to have bugs and haven't been QCed at times before launching. Like calendar functions in a pulse will not allow an option to calculate time allotted by business days, rather than whole calendar days. It still isn't clear what all the possibilities are for automations and where the limitations are, so it would be nice to have a master list without having to click on categories. The other thing would be nice is to have automations based on the emails that dump into the chat bubble to trigger items, so that emails can be the trigger for automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow, training, and email correspondence tracking. We also use this platform for management of candidates for new hires, and providing feedback from multiple interviewers. The benefits is that everything is logged and everything is centralized

Knowledge of how Excel tables work is helpful in this platform
Extremely helpful project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible and visually appealing the platform is. Monday is also very easy to use. In a lot of ways, Monday is similar to Excel, which I like, and it exports to Excel which is another big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings on notifications are a bit confusing. I have not figured out how to turn off notifications that go off for each action I do in my Monday calendar. I would prefer to not get notifications each time anything is updated in Monday, espiecially since I was the one doing most of the updating, and getting notifications for each task I updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently use Monday as a content production and distribution calendar to keep track of the current status of all of our pieces of content. It also helps to project manage other things like a web development project I have been working on. It helps keep in snyc all of the steps we need to take to accomplish our project.

Monday provides an easy-to-use interface that makes tracking and updating projects easy. If you like to see visuals that help to quickly and easily identify where a project is at, what steps are upcoming, and where project tasks are getting held up.
A project management life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways you can customize your boards and the data you want to see. I love that the interface is so easy to use, so the experience of building out that data flows smoothly. I also love that there are automations which allow you to manage projects in the background - that is such a crucial feature for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of workspaces, dashboards vs favorites etc. from the left hand navigation bar still feels a little clunky to me. I like the workspaces updates better than what was there before but still think that nav bar would benefit from a small redesign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are collaborating with our clients on project boards which is huge. We’re also able to track department and company level KPIs with an ease we’ve never experienced before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Carve out time to sit down and play with the software. It’s so unique and there are so many options that you’ll benefit from focus time to get things set up the way you want.
A centralized place to keep myself and team organized and stay on top of deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to find what i need quickly. I also love automations that make my day to day easier and can notify me when a deadline is getting close. I can also use time tracking to measure how much time certain processes take. Monday is great at getting data point and board can have information ported from each other and compiled. Monday since i have been using it listens to feedback and does a great job adding features quickly. Many of my dislikes initially had been already solved and its only been 9 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
In boards on Monday groups not being able to have different formats for columns, including subitems. Would love to see workarounds for integrations for companies that use internal servers for emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us the tools to keep process flowing efficiently. We had processes that normally were done in one text box in excel and now we could port it over to Monday and have clean look with an activity log to see who has done what and what is the current update on a individual item.
