What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service by Alexandra. She really takes the time out to work on me and my affiliate safe sport coordinators. Most of these volunteers are over 60 years of age and are not tech savy. she takes the time out to help
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the system and product with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do all of our investigations and keep crucial data in the CMS and have peace and mind that there isnt going to be any security breach

All cases are allocated on the same platform. One does not need to look for documents or reports; they are available in the case form.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if you can upload multuiple files at one time into each case.
The yellowfin reporting is a little complex to use, however it's a great tool as there is so much you can do with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for all of our HR cases from hotline calls to emails and phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Case IQ is a robust software solution. The tool allows us to quickly get insight into our compliance activities and ensure that our case resolutions are equitable and fair. Our ability to configure the tool and build powerful, automated reports is incredibly helpful to both decision-makers and daily users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one difficulty we face is user adoption and learning curve. But in our case, this is a function of our own customization requests. The tool allows such powerful customizations that it enabled us to race ahead, on our configuration timetable, well past our training and user implementation timetable. We are now working to identify what customizations are value-adding and what customizations should be rolled back, at least temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case IQ helps us document and manage the high volume of risks we encounter from the behavior of our direct sales associates. We use the tool to manage workflow and ensure consistency between enforcement decisions.

Case IQ is super intuative and have revolutionised our management of consumer feedback. Great intuative BI to boot.

BI report can be extremely slow to load.

Being able to see my employee relations cases while also being to access my co workers cases as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the wait times to publish new changes take a while

What do you like best about the product?
CaseIQ has powerful analytics capability that allows organizations to identify organizational risks and ensure a first line of support for compliance and global ER issues. System is completely configurable to current practices or industry best practices and allows flexibility to scale up in other areas as requried for your organization. System seems clean and easy to use and can ensure security roles and sharing of key pieces with outside stakholders e.g. legal as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love plug and play configuration so less time in implementation to go live
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring centralized and consistent methodology to report and track ER and compliance issues across the organization globally. Allow capability for consistent reporting. Act as a repository for issues to centralize and secure employee issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative features for our team, workflow customizations, and data analytics features of Case IQ are invaluable for our team. The representatives from Case IQ that worked with us to set up system and customize it for our team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We now use Case IQ every day in our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
For administrators of the system, some of the settings menus are unintuitive and have a steep learning curve. I hope that more options for integrating other products and external systems are implemeted, such as the ability to sync your Case IQ meetings with your Outlook calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case IQ securely manages our database of incident case reports and data. We use Case IQ to manage collaboration in the complex, interdepartmental process of managing a case from open to close and to generate reports on our data. Case IQ has improved the efficiency, security, and standardization of our case management process.
