Great software

What do you like best about the product?
Case IQ is easy to use and understand by all of our staff. The migration from the old i-Sight to the new Case IQ was great, and we all love the funcationality of the new software. The customer support team are all amazing from the migration team to all the other reps.
We use Case IQ to keep track of Cases that go through Police Agencies in Alberta. The software lets us enter detailed cases, then run reports to populate different statistics and other pertinent information. the software daily with no issues at all.
Highly recommend anyone looking for a great software to consider Case IQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Case IQ.......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping track of all the cases that we have, keeping track of all the costs, assets, parties, etc. Before Case IQ we used Access to keep track of cases which did not work for us.
Using Case IQ is much more efficient and gets us the correct data.

What do you like best about the product?
File share and the portal creating more accessibility for our users and reporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customization can limit how quickly those areas can be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure file share to parties w/ limited admin work.
Efficiency when intaking a new file.
One stop software vs. two softwares we had to use prior.

What do you like best about the product?
We use i-Sight to manage all types of safety incidents that happen at all of our clinic sites. It is flexible, comprehensive, intuitive and easy to manage. I like the ability to add all types of files and keep up with notes as the case is investigated. Our account reps have always been fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of i-Sight we are using doesn't have the most user-friendly reporting mechanism but we know that is because we haven't upgraded in a while. It works fine for what we need right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows easy access for our employees to report safety incidents, clinical or otherwise. The system allows us to stay on top of what is happening on the floor.

What do you like best about the product?
i-Sight Case Management System is so easy to use! We have been using it for years, and while at first, we weren't sure, it has proved to be extremely beneficial!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found creating reports within the system hard and a bit confusing. We do not use this feature. But overall the system is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i-Sight helped us to keep all of our files electronically!

What do you like best about the product?
The i-Sight platform is very easy to use and helps us stay organized with case files. Customer service is also fantastic. Everyone from Account Managers, the Development team, and the Implementation Manager have been friendly and responsive to questions and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. If I were to add anything, it would be our team getting familiar with changes made in the updated version. This is nothing against i-Sight but more so our team getting used to and comfortable with the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated workflows have helped us customize the platform to our needs and stay organized. The calendar feature has also been a plus to help us track upcoming case meetings and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend i-Sight for case management or organizing of documents. The platform is easy to use and time stamps every step of your document, which is excellent for audit purposes. Staff is always available to assist and answer questions, making the product even more worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?
The i-Sight tool is very easy to use. The i-Sight development team has been fantastic to work with, from the initial launch to some great enhancements and customizations, we have been able to improve our workflow and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no dislikes for me. Some of our users feel like some of the documentation steps are cumbersome but from a manager's perspective, the steps were needed to create a well-documented case file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete and organized documentation was the biggest problem we were looking to solve. With the customizable workflows and the reporting tool, we have been able to more quickly identify areas that need to be improved and train our staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i-Sight is a great tool to keep you organized. the ability to customize the application to meet your needs is a major plus.

Top Shelf Implementation-Valuable Case Tracker

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team was fantastic and truly skilled at listening to my company's needs/wants in a case tracking tool. All the various consequences of choices were clearly articulated and every timeline for testing and implementation were on schedule. We also later asked to implement certain changes/improvements about a year and a half following 'go live' and that team was likewise committed to making these updates with great service for us
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't any opportunity to test or use the Yellowfin reporting tool before implementation. That notwithstanding, the support in this regard following implementation has been super and is now being used to advantage especially in response to Leadership inquiries. Without going into great detail here, there are some little annoyances in functionality--having a two-step process to make updates rather than a single step for instance. I have to add I'm not aware of any application I use that doesn't have such quirks! I believe this is a tool that will sustain the team's work for the long-term.
It would be great if certain tasks could be scripted. My team needs to update a certain Action on a quarterly basis for accurate regulatory reporting purposes--this involves over two hundred cases--as it stands this is a manual operation that commands more labor than is desirable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support for the previous case tracking solution was limited and nearing the end of life for that application. It was/is essential to have such a tool for potential legal cases in the future. Labor cost-wise the effort expended in this tool is comparable to the previous tool used with the exception noted above.
