Long-standing positive partnership with i-Sight

What do you like best about the product?
We had a very good experience with i-Sight since 2010, and we are finally moving to the latest version of the software in March 2022.
Our account manager, Sameen Sohayel is great to deal with and has been very accommodating throughout the process, providing relevant, complete and clear information that ultimately enabled our procurement service to determine that i-Sight was the best possible solution for our needs.
We rely on i-Sight for our investigations management, and perhaps the best thing about it is the trustworthiness and reliability of the people behind the product, seeing as they are always ready to assist and provide solutions when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users have shown little participation in our internal planning phase and seem to have had some resistance to using the system.
This is not specifically a fault of i-Sight, but it is important that you have buy-in at all levels throughout your company/organization, to ensure you get the most out of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can gather detailed levels of information on every complaint our office receives, and use i-Sight to build case files that are both essential to plan and carry out our work, and serve as an auditable record once the case is closed.
In addition, through Yellofin, we are able to report on any and all aspects of our cases, provide real-time information on our caseload, identify trends by type of allegation, location or any other criteria we may need.
The reports we have generated from Yellofin have been consistently praised for the value added to our organization (a large UN agency) and high-level stakeholders continue to base their decisions on the data that we are able to provide: this would be basically impossible for us to do without i-Sight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i-Sight is extremely configurable, so it should be able to match your company's/organization's internal processes, as well as adapt to your reporting needs.
The system is absolutely future-proof and can be used to generate meaningful, actionable data, as well as provide assurances to any stakeholders that your company or organization is complying with due process and any transparency requirements.
You will be able to count on a responsive support team at all stages of your process: not something you'll see on a day-to-day basis, but hugely important.

Case Management all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, with everything you need all in one place. My agency is pleased with the product and how it streamlines cases. It has also opened up more time for other projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this point; all is working well. If I had to dislike something, it would be the reporting with Yellowfin. While the information you can get is phenomenal, it is hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all files in one place and electronically saves paper, time and space. We can report not just complaints but safety items, social media reviews, facility issues, and internal complaints. I love that we can make cases confidential so only assigned personnel can see them.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is mature and designed to do what it does well. Systems that attempt to do too much end up not doing anything particularly well; i-Sight handles incidents and cases reliably. Additionally, the customer service is exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about i-Sight. If I were to mention any aspect that we have had some difficulty with it is the Yellowfin reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i-Sight has provided us a secure and reliable platform by which all employees, students, and parents can report any incidents to our Labor & Legal Department, and a system that greatly assists the Labor & Legal Deparment in addressing all incidents/cases in a timely manner. Before using i-Sight we had no unified system to do so and there was always a risk that incidents/cases were not being addressed/handled/investigated/resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider placing more emphasis on a product that does one area well over other products that promise to be a little of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The work of an HR Professional can be vast and varied. Utilizing the I-Sight system helped our team gain consistency in how we handle situations by establishing a consistent work flow and allowed us to track and trend the various investigations, projects or assignments. The creation of the I-sight system was easy to do and highly customizable to meet our business needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Yellow Fin reporting tool is not as user-friendly as hoped. The support team has been helpful to assist me when needed, and they have been receptive to the feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I-Sight has allowed HR to show the value of our work each day. The tracking and trending of this data allows HR to provide strategic advice back to the business on success and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized complaint management system that takes complaints from our numerous intake channels, and stores it, and makes it accessible, all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
YellowFin reporting tool has been a challenge to master in the beginning, however there are a number of free yellowfin user resources that help get acquainted with the tool. It is quite powerful once its learned how to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reporting and measurement of customer complaints analytics has been extremely useful

What do you like best about the product?
We loved working with i-SIght because they were adaptable and resourceful. They had innovative solutions for our many industry (healthcare) and org nuances.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of time it took to implement. This was solely attributed to the onset of the global pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality and integrity have increased since i-Sight was implemented due to mandatory field requirements. YF has also increased our reporting capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One approach that helped immensely was identifying the reports we wanted to produce, then working backward to create the necessary inputs.

What do you like best about the product?
They take the time to study your questions and needs together, plan them in the application as well as possible, and fine-tune them where necessary.
Always open to dialogue to satisfy the customer, also good after-sales service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really name anything that was unpleasant, when something didn't work out they always looked for a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our wish was to have a simplified administration, saving time to invest in other necessary things.
The extensive possibilities in terms of reporting also enable us to gain insight into the existence of certain situations more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is easy to use and highly customizable. The i-Sight team has been accommodating and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training we received from i-Sight for the Yellowfin reporting tool was inadequate, considering its complexity. Our team spent a considerable amount of time researching/studying the tool on our own after going live with iSight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized the To-Do functionality to solve several internal audit and task assignment issues we had before i-Sight.
