What do you like best about the product?
i-Sight is super user-friendly and easy to use. I love that we can customize as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with the reporting features, but have been able to work through most of them. We would like to see additional search capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i-Sight helps us keep track of everything we do. It's as simple as searching a name to find any history of a situation or employee. If used properly, the software allows us to easily create timelines and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
i-Sight is a very reliable and user-friendly case management system with excellent customizable reporting capabilities. Using i-Sight enabled our team to track productivity more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has not been facing any challenges. Once we had configured the user interface according to our needs, i-Sight was working without any performance issues. The only thing we have to get used to is that we cannot download reports in IE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i-Sight enabled us to track our productivity more effectively.

Great Case Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I-Sight is extremely configurable to meet the needs of our complex organization. It is very easy to use and there was good customer service during implementation and beyong. I appreciate that we can easily submit questions and tickets to make tweaks as we continue to use it and discover additional options we need that we didn't think of at the time of implementation. It is also nice that we have a representative who proactively schedules routine check ins with us to make sure we are satisfied with the system. The Yellow Fin Reporting tool is awesome and we have been able to create some really helpful dashboards to identify trends and audit our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it has been a good experience. As mentioned, it is great that is customizeable. However, it is so customizable that the implementation was a bit overwhelming given we have never had a case management system before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not experiencing any problems with I-Sight. We have really enjoyed being able to report on trends and measure volume, types of cases, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive support/ management team, that always come together to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the application goes live, future changes need to be handled by i-Sight's support team; however this is being remedied within the new version of their application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use i-Sight for Employee Relations cases

What do you like best about the product?
i-Sight allows us to manage all our case types utilizing just one reporting environment. While working on a recent software upgrade, we have found it reasonably easy to configure. As issues arise, the i-Sight team has been able to find quick solutions to any problem. We love that the team is always open to ideas and always willing to find just the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some "wishes" we could not implement without additional costs associated with programming. However, the i-Sight team is incredible and always eager to offer advice and work through any issues. They are responsive to the needs of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i-Sight allows us to manage all our HR investigations to include Title IX with ease. We are able to assign, access, and manage the investigative processes quickly and efficiently. We use the data generated for reporting to track trends and identify problem areas within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
iSight Case Management is easy to use and navigate for any level employee or supervisor. The system allows for organization-specific information, which can be tailored to specific needs and tracking information. Support and guidance on how to set up and use the system has been provided throughout the process, and it is easy to get all your questions answered in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has had multiple support/account managers during our implementation process, which has delayed our implementation process and iSight's response times. However, our recent account manager, Yasin Rahman, has been very supportive and responsive to our organizations' needs and has followed up in a timely manner with all of our requests. Our organizations' experience has been very positive since Yasin was assigned to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident reporting submission, tracking, and reporting.

iSight Case Management Review

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put all of my clients project materials all in one place, know that they are then safe and backed up, and I can assign it over to one of my team members. I like that they can then log on and have all of the project materials there and ready to access to work on the project
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more compatible across devices. I have difficulty with trying to use it unless I'm on my laptop. It takes a little while to learn the database and navigate everything also, but that's to be expected. Once you become familiar with how to work everything, it becomes a lot easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we've been able to solve is being able to now have consistency with our clients project materials, amd we now have the consistency of knowing that we have everything we need all in one place at all times when needed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to double check all of the devices you will be using ISight with, and make sure you have them all ready and set up with your account before disbursing projects or information

Everyone Needs i-Sight

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT professional, the easiest thing was the setup and startup. This was what I expected from i-Sight after reviewing several other companies. They have a development process that works simply and deploys quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is located in the East Coast timezone. For those of us on the West Coast, we have to plan ahead when trying to reach someone. This hasn't caused any delays, just something to plan for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Human Relations department uses it to track "situations" that come to their attention. They really like that they can assign cases to staff, automatically maintain the history of the case, and also set notifications for important due dates.
