The use of Salesforce in daily tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features and it's friendly user, you can find so much tasks to do wether you are working types of tasks on back office, manual review, WCR OB dialer or even in Inbound as live contacts. The most important tool for handling customer's concerns because the guides and steps are here. A perfect combination for CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that SF is not functinoning well. It auto diconnects or became offline on it's own.
Sometimes the chat disconnects automtically which causes customer's friction and me not able to resolved the concern that would also affect my stats.
Often times the customer automaticall disconnects while checking resources I'm not sure if that is on our end or on the customer's end.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The latency, freezing and auto disconnect issue. It will benefit me to complete the task I need while I am connected with the customer wether through chat or call.
Sometims, when we are disconnected we are not allowed to call back due to the out of calling hours policy.
If this issue lessen especially on chat. We'd be able to get the customer's concern most of the times, we'll be able to get customer's satisfaction.

CRM is very easy to use or should I say friendly user

This is were we normally check the account of the customers and we can see and check there information
Perfect tool for review
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate. We are also given the information we need like the risk review screen and personal info of the customer we are assisting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some loatencies and delays but it is manageable. There are also instances where in the log in of the custmer does not show immediately.

It helps with risk mitigation and identity issues. It sometimes give us real time visibility on the device and log in info

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful are we are only looking in one tab and all of the details are aleady available in just one look.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to verification for DOB we need to pull another screen to check details the infomation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with identity concern of the customer while on call and a faster verification will give us a good efficiency for the customer experience.

Sometimes it does lack creativity aspects.

Ease of usegae it quiet amaizing in tableau,as it is user-friendly and easy to navigate around too.

SF is helpful with our daily task
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features that is helpful and is easy to navigate. We use SF everyday since it is part of our tool and all of our knowledge article is on SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes slow, it takes time to pull up an account.

What do you like best about the product?
It provide advance features which allow users to use the application frequently , It is easy to use or user friendly and everytime it does an updates it makes the application more advance .
What do you dislike about the product?
currently as of the moment i do not see any disadvantage or anything to be dislike with Salesforce as it helps me a lot with my everyday work .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily locate the cases i made or case that i need to check as it was needed to my current job , It also help me creating phone calls and email to be sent with the customers ,It also help the business intelligence as they can just put updates to Salesforce about the company`s new process and announcements .
CRM is very helpful and somehow needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This is very helpful especially when identifying numbers and scores of our associates. This is really impactful in a good way because we are able to determine real time scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just hope that it will not have a delay in releasing scores or scores being shown delayed because as I have mentioned this can greatly help identfying scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits everyone who wants to view scores real time. This can help us identify our opportunities and work on it real time.

Aside from my current job, I have been using Salesforce from my two prior jobs since 2017.
It serves as the tool for our job wherein we take our cases/transactions from Omni-Channel.
Also, Salesforce allows us to send emails and initiate outbound calls to customers, and also to take inbound calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love that Salesforce has been able to upgrade it's features from Old Salesforce to Salesforce Lightning, since it's way convenient to use and the interface itself is perfect! No bad feedbacks for Salesforce.
