I had a great experience with Tableau, loading times were long because of our databases
What do you like best about the product?
Using Tableau was an instrumental part of my job as Business Intelligence Analyst and helped me to achieve high levels of automation and make it easier for other people in my company to acces the information they needed on-demand
What do you dislike about the product?
When using online conections to large databases, as was the case in my company, loading and processing times were very long and often crashed the platform. Also, you have to be very carefull building the databases you will acces through Tableau, if the data is not well organized and defined, you had to work around a lot of things

Automation of reports and visualizations, giving access to the data on-demand to those who need it, without having to constantly ask for it

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is easy to learn but also has a tremendous depth to master. Beautiful visualizations are just a few clicks away. Learning the product is intuitive, and there are many resources available. The process of building visualizations is fun sparks joy. I'm always excited to use Tableau software!

Tableau can be a challenging software to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau allows us to bring dynamic and on-demand reporting to our users. It allows us to present data in a standarized and consistent manner. Users can plug their desired parameters and groups to dashboards so they can get the data that is important to them. This saves my team from having to create specific reports for specific groups.

There are situations when SF does not function properly. It automatically disconnects or goes offline on its own

Tableau enables you to connect, retrieve, and combine data from numerous sources into a single visualisation. This means you don't have to construct separate types of visualisations for each data source.

I rate how it discovers Data easily, availing it for sharing, collaboration, exploration and analytics. It enables limitless scalability plus optimal efficiency where Data is concerned.

Its hardly dislikeable. That's because it's easy-to-use, scalable, resourceful. Exceptional at mission-critical analytics. Integrates superbly with productivity applications.

It's been key in building and scaling mission-critical analytics that come through in insightful decision making. It enriches data.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM is our main tool to access customers account. Without this tool we cannot help our customer resolves their issue. Their family cannot receive the funds that they need so it really our main tool that we use to everyday. It is easy to use. There are a lot of features on it that is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I dislike to this tool because it is very useful.

It benefits us customer protection analyst and our customer because without this tool we cannot function well.

Navigating data takes some getting used to.

Evaluating performance. We can use the tool for root cause analysis of why KPIs are rising/falling.
Pros and Cons of using Salesforces
What do you like best about the product?
What I like with Salesforce CRM Analytics is that we can call or chat with our customers using the app. Also we can send email and when we received a document from our customer it can easily be forwarded to our customers account in CRM. We are actually using it everyday as Risk Investigator we were able to communicate with our customer and being customer centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we encounter internet connection problem we lost our call and our chat and there were times that the account got close as well. So if you don´t take note of the customers account and the information you talked about you will be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to talk with out customer when they call us and do outbound call if we needed more information from our customers. Also it allows us to send out email and we were provided with several email templates to choose from so it will be easy for us to compose our email.
