In overall i had a great experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
when i talk about the Salesforce CRM analytics is a great tool when it comes to managing the customer relationship management few points which i want to mension is that:
salesforce CRM is very user friendly and easy to use and also when i company was implementing this product in the initial basis and as we start using this software we find some shortage of features and hence we want to do cutominzation so cutomer service was also very supportive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Talking about the dislike pary about the salesforce CRM analytics :
As we use this tool very frequently hence i am able to tell you some of the drawbacks other wise this tool is great and anyone can use this tool weather they are beginner or person who is in the field of analytics, As i am using this tool along with other it ease of integration is not so great and some time i also find the number of features are less to integrate with other tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are the logistics company, so we have to track alot of shipments and check the updates on them so to analyse that large amount of data. We want to anslyse that data to if any lag in the productivity or the efficiency of the delivery boys.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce CRM is one of the widely accepted CRM software around the globe and thus provide the huge user community and provide robust customer support option for the users which prevent the delay in project while stuck in any technical bug. Its integration with advance technology like AI & Machine Learning technology provide the predictive analysis and automated templates for any basic customer relationship issues within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not primarily designed with the robust scalability feature which allot the same resources while working on any landscape of input data. It also does not provide any local access network feature for the users which enhance their dependency on VPN for the remote access of database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its compatibility with wide domain of data allow us to input data on our preffered mode. Also, its integration with the biggest database of today's world (MySQL) allow us to easily connect this product with SQL server. This reduces or eliminates the need of any third-party software for data conversion or data modification. Also, its regular data cleansing and duplicity removal feature keeps the customer database lighter and enhance the overall analysis result.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a advance analytics and visualization feature which allow users to have a 360 degree view to the customers. It helps users to target the specific customers according to their behaviour and thus allow users to define the future strategies accordingly. Its simplified and attractive user interface makes it a perfect choice even for the non-Tech departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide a ample space in basic version of this product which restricts users to maintain the complete data related to the customers right from their onboarding. It also does not provide any mobile application feature which enhance the user dependency on system even for the small works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helpes us to reduce the complexity of customer data and thus allow us to have a better understanding about customers. Also, we use the pilot or free-trial version of this product to deeply understand the complete customization, analytics and visualization feature. We also integrate this product with other ERP and Analytical software to enhance the compatibility of wide domain of data.

Features that help us in modifying data present in tables at datasource level using some logics help us

Nothing as such. It's a bit tricky when multiple teams are involved in creating and shring the dashbaords.
