What do you like best about the product?
This makes it so easy to analyze sales and see what’s doing great and what needs to be improved
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been able to see areas that need to be improved, like more marketing for certain things

What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic design, tasks are great, phone app makes working from home easy
What do you dislike about the product?
different roles in company have dif view of the website (ex, lighting. My manager doesn’t use lightning and therefore has a hard time with it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer relationships. Reminders are great with tasks

Takes some time to get used to it

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build your own reports. Filtering options seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to export reports into excel. You have to have an admin license to be able to do this and that is very expensive. Workaround is to copy and paste into excel. Not a huge deal-just a minor inconvenience. Search function to search for custom reports doesn’t work that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into what type of clients are buying what products.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the client analytical information that this plateform can provide verses the contact manager plateform we currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say I dislike it at all! We just switched to it and so far it’s a superior plateform to contact manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force is great for client relationship management. The plateform is more efficient than contact manager and is much more user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it’s able take massive amount data and pivot to make really useful charts, graphs and dashboards. It makes a lot a reporting aspect automated

The fact that it’s not really user friendly of essential financial statements such as income statement , cash flow statement and balance sheet

What do you like best about the product?
It allows data to be digested by charts, graphs, and a matrix level that organizes it so anyone can read it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to to figure out the best options for designs To create a total functional dashboard in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get data to everyone that is from one source and accurate while easy to read that’s updated daily.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a rapidly evolved and fairly robust platform. Accepts a lot of common data formats and is fairly easy to integrate into. Works very well with the rest of the Salesforce Platform. Pretty easy to learn the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is pretty steep, even if you are already on the Salesforce platform. Can be difficult to configure at times since some parts are in flux and deep config sometimes requires knowing JSON. Need a large data lake to be effective right out of the gate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise grade cross platform analytics that integrate well with a CRM (Salesforce). Easy to stand up and create.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau I love since I can keep all my information in one place in an organized way and instantly, I can check the inventory of my company, as well as verify what kind of work was done to the fleet of vehicles that are in charge, to make the presentations to the employees I make simple Dashboards, which show a lot of information of interest to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is that without internet connection tableau does not work and sometimes the application becomes slow, sometimes when I make a change and I want to save it gives me error which makes my changes are not saved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I have solved with tableau is being able to organize my data in one place, and when I want to consult some information I can do it quickly and accurately, which helps me make important decisions in the company, Tableau provides each user with a profile in which you can save all your publications and edit them whenever you need or require it, I can place filters that makes it easier for me to search for information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is perfect for those companies that have a large number of databases and want to organize them immediately and accurately, in my case it is excellent to know statistical data sales and any other information that requires about vehicles, is a Business Intelligence platform that grows at enormous speed.
