What do you like best about the product?
1) Tableau gives rich options to input data from a wide variety of sources.
2) The data visualization options are numerous and it provides the most feasible option based on the data as well.
3) Tableau dashboards can be shared with others in the organization easily.
4)Custom measures, columns and parameters can be defined to compute complex analysis.
5) The created reports can be drilled down to individual items and also filters can be added.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) The trial period is limited to 2 weeks which is very less for the evaluation of the software.
2) The price of product is also high, and there is pricing in flexibility. They should offer more pricing options based on the needs of each user.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use is the most important factor of using this tool.
Beside this you just feed the data and select the parameters the AI will run the algorithm and will give you best possible out put.
Once we feed the data, the data pre-processor will give all the statistics that helps in understanding the data very well and also it shows the amount of missing and repeating values for individual columns.
The different types of What-if, If-then and other analytics helps in looking the outcomes with different lens. Also once we find the cause of data it helps to drill down further more till we reach the root cause of the issue in the business.
This tool really gives a scope of improvement and bridge the gap among different processes or business.

You can only take numerical values as a target variable for analytics.
We cannot do any analysis based on count of records on fact data.
This is Salesforce's subset tool hence you cannot get this as an individual tool as compared to other tools in market Such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlick Sense etc.

We have resolved the issue of hiring process based on Job Level and demand using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
real-time reporting, reliability and integrity of the data generated. clean reports

sometimes due to lack of structure, it ends up not generating reports, but this is an internal demand of the company.

with the desktop tableau, the company's management was able to have faster access to data and reports, thus optimizing decision making

This is still an evolving tool and a lot is to be modified, evolved.

We are solving problems for businesses so they can focus on their major development areas and provide them the insights on all the major areas in their organization.
I found Einstein Analytics amazing and easily understandable but in some points it can be more easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Dataflow feature most because it is amazing to filter and add extra column to data.

I am a bit disappointed about SAQL to query the data.

I was solving the Einstein Analytics superbadge challenges. While working on it I found the story and insights are amazing like a personal data scientist recommendations.

Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform is an easy and nice and understandable platform by which one can get the insights the data of one's org.
It is an amazing experience to use and develop Analytics dashboards.

I fid not find any downside of Salesforce analytics dashboards yet.

Its very easy to use. Once you start using this you get addicted to it. Salesforce have provides Adventure App which is best for doing Hands-On. Try to replicate it in your own developer org you will understand what EA is all about. Dont miss the trailheads. They are prerequisite to any learning in salesforce. Choose chart types based on the characteristics of the data, not for look or variety. For example, if most of your charts display value changes over time, it’s OK if they’re all line graphs. Almost everything will be done through configuarations, faceting etc. Many a times binding is used. Dont get scared if binding doesnt work for you in first attempt. Most of customization will be done directly through UI. You can easily deploy dashboard, datasets, dataflow from one org to another with minute changes. Text widget on dasboard is best for testing if data is correct or not. Personally I like static step the most. It let you do almost everything . Dashboard inspector gives suggestions and area of improvement in dasboard. We can create lenses and clip it to dashboard easily. We can share dashboard, folders, dataflow with a particular user. Best part of security.

We have worked on Dashboard where client wanted us to track the journey of Lead. The dashboard shows the related campaigns where lead started. How much time does lead take to convert into an opportunity. Division of leads based on their Territory, Region, and Role. Percentage of leads that got converted

AI based analytical tool, attractive GUI, best for CRM data
What do you like best about the product?
AI-augmented analytics tool with very attractive GUI specially designed for CRM data. Data load is very quick for sales force objects and we can almost optimize the application to show real-time data. Its cloud based solution so no need to worry about maintenance and disaster recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Capabilities to write the complex logic and ability to handle data from different sources other than Salesforce. Even small scale transformation like inner join or right join is not available, some of the time we are doing complex calculations in out BI tools then converting output in csv file which is being further used in SalesForce .Also the license cost is high than other BI tools currently available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving sales force related applications(sales and services related) from existing solution(qlikview) to Einstein Analytics. Einstein Analytics has very attractive GUI compared to other BI tools and data load is very fast for sales force. We are currently using it enterprise wide solution and trying to move all new development on Einstein. Business is very much happy with the GUI and available charts and accessing the reports from same CRM application page.

If you have only Salesforce as data source then you can utilize this tool as BI reporting solution, otherwise very less capability to transform data.
