Einstein: Smart technology to make your Business grow exponentially.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Einstein Analytics permits my organization to examine information more proficiently, it even permits us to envision our business in realtime which offers us the chance to settle on educated choices without trading off the organization. The entire association right now utilizes it and it is worth the price.
Some best features are:
1. We can connect various platforms under Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
2. Deal closing effectiveness is great due to the Visual experience that it provides like dashboards are so good, data is clearly understood from the Key Point Indicators point of view.
3. For mobile, it is great. The usability on a phone is fluid and the reports look really nice.
4. Easy to see the view on the apps kanban view.
5. Almost anyone can use it ... no special degree or advanced courses are needed to get the information to calculate correctly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is not on hand to help you if you encounter any issues, at least not on all the plans or the basic plans. Real-time support service is an add-on, so you'll need to be patient if you require help or pay extra money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with other Salesforce.com clouds, including the Marketing cloud and community cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More functionality for the tool is needed to compete with other heavyweights in the arena like Tableau, Qlik, and Microstrategy. Still lacks the robustness, functionality, and flexibility other competing products possess.

Ease by which you can import your SF data onto dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAQL is complex. It needs to evolve in a much more mature and programmer friendly syntax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on millions of rows of data imported directly from salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This would huge in coming years, so it is worth investing time and effort into learning, implementing and adapting it.
Einstein Analytics as an aid to Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The simple drag and drop features which helps non technical users to carry out various types of Analytics, at ease with little learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concepts need to be understood. It takes a bit of time for an user to understand the basic concepts that make the building block. More demos and examples would have helped in overcoming this situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recurring analytics that used to take take 11- 14 hours earlier can now be done within a few minutes. If you invest in the initial setting up time, its well worth the efforts as your reports can be run with little or no supervision!

Dataflows! Lots of work is done to prepare the dataflow which the dashboard uses.
Also, Einstein Analytics does not have a good number of connectors.

I have worked on how to improve customer retention and decrease churn. Also, created dashboarded in Einstein Analytics to make decisions for reportees.

Quickly represent key information on home page and record layouts. This is key to get adoption since day one.

if you already have Salesforce CRM you must consider EA platform. Especially useful if you use already Marketing Cloud which is limited in reporting capabilities.

The fact that you can find many pieces of information.

The system is not very straight forward and even if there is a wide range of info, sometimes it is impossible to find what you are looking for.

I find additional info on Salesforce other than the software linked to it.
Tableau is unlike any other data visualization tool I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization capabilities and presentations are very clean and beneficial when the analyzing data. The charts and graphs available make presenting data very easy.

This is true with most data visualization tools I have used, but I have always had some trouble when uploading data to visualize.

I have the ability to tell a story with data that I did not have the capability of doing before.
