What do you like best about the product?
The graphs, charts and other visual tools really help your wrap your head around and display different things hidden within the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any real problems or difficulties with any part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're able to easily bring visual geographics into our data to see what differences in sales could be regional vs national.
Tableau Server is a good way to ensure distributed BI and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is close to that of desktop which is very powerful when given to data savvy individuals
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing workbooks can be a nightmare. Uploading and downloading workbooks to make updates to the underlying data is painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding answers to all of the business challenges that we face.

Make sure that you get the environment setup properly from the start,

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much detailed information the program can give. I am able to back trace certain accounts and really dig into information. This allows me to search previous cases or things that are going on in the account that I would otherwise not be able to see or know of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little more user friendly

I am able to solve specific account issues to guide my clients

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all your accounts in order and allows you to keep them update with new notes daily. It also allows you to complete orders through the same system and this is a very slick service and you can generate a quote with a few mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to much, sometime can be a bit slow loading up accounts and asks to fill in things you don't need to apart from that its a very good programme.

Keeping accounts up to date with fresh information, loading orders and getting them processed to complete sales.

Incredibly Powerful DataViz Tool - My Favorite of the Lot
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has so many features and yet is incredibly easy to navigate. A new user, between online tutorials, help, and poking around in the platform can easily ramp up to speed. I've had complex questions regarding the software, but I've never felt like I was lost between online help and tutorials users provide. It's an exceptional piece of software and the cost is entirely worth it for any business looking for better insights into the inner-workings of their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau has several things to nitpick, but nothing major. Easier implementation of waterfall charts would be excellent, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps my company create actionable dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tableau is by far my favorite data visualization tool, outperforming PowerBI and Looker in my experience. Data integration and visualization is exceptional!

Easy to use, collaborative, modern looking

Aggregated calculations could take a long time to run. Some small formating features missing

So many different kinds of plots like barcharts, pie charts, histograms, scatter plot, etc can be produced. It has visualization for every kind of data like time series, geographical locations. Quick analysis can be made and converted into a story which can be easily shared with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike, but it cannot handle very large dataset

It is very easy learning tool which everyone can understand. I have shared plots and analysis with my team members. It takes minimum time to produce plots and do the analysis. I have connected it from various data sources

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use it is and how great the data visualization tools are. Also online sharing and hosting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no cons to this, it does everything I need it to and more.
