It is an incredible way consolidate data from multiple sources and report on the data in interesting ways. It helps our firm make good decisions.

It’s not incredibly intuitive to use and there are some limitations in functionality

the flexibility and versatility for creating dashboards and representing data which can be used to gain insights

The software is a little slow specially if you are using a old device and your data is huge

Its great for building and customizing dashboards and seeing real time data and results. I like that its also very interactive, intuitive and user friendly. It's also very easy to learn

Sometimes there could be a lag in refreshing dashboards and there could be problem with not having enough tools that we need. Not understanding the fields easily

Creating and presenting dashboards about use cases and data to present to the company and leaders in a more cohesive and comprehensive manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Analytics Cloud is a strong and secure cloud-based analytics program developed to help medium-sized businesses to large enterprises to implement rapid, iterative exploration of data, with results displayed via layers of dynamic visualization over underlying data sets. Also called Einstein Analytics, its presentation of information is highly optimized for mobile device users, with screens resized according to varying device types. All functionality comes at reasonable prices designed to meet the needs of diverse users, which is why we are certain both small and large companies will have their needs covered, regardless of the deployment method they’ve selected.
What makes Salesforce Analytics Cloud so special is that it doesn’t just reveal relevant trends and drops in productivity, but also lets teams know why and how it happened. With this tool by your hand, it will be easy to make a plan and react rapidly in all situations, which is how Salesforce Analytics soon becomes the favorite tool of every company that is using it.

It’s a lot to learn. There’s a lot of layers and the system and leads have to be set up correctly.

It’s allowed me to track a lot more data from my leads.

Good CRM, Will only get better with time

Lots of great features to store and log client details, emails, phone calls, etc

Having to Hit “edit”in order to view a Social Security number and trying to update a couple of things about client’s information is a little clunky

Consolidating CRM services. Benefits Are making my ability to view all of my clients data and log information in one place more simple

I love how easy and fast it is to complete work with this! It's important to have a good system like this when catering to clients needs.

I dislike how it sometimes freezes when using this.

I've realized how easy work can be when using this system! Organization has never been easier since using this.

Able to stay organized across multiple teams. fully functional dashboarding and displays.

Easy to use however it takes some time to get comfortable with.

What do you like best about the product?
The SF Analytics Cloud makes it easy to integrate with other marketing clouds and lets me work with Wave large data files to create graphs and other representations within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not all that user friendly. Nothing is as self-explanatory as the company promised, and i often feel it hard to find things that I will need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to use the cloud to integrate with other external data sources. Whereas I used to have to export SF data to a data warehouse and merge it with other data sets to generate reports, I can now do this much more seamlessly with the SF Analytics Cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take into consideration how experienced your employees are with Salesforce, as switching over from another software you will need to allow for some time to get used to the UI and where to find/ generate things.
