What do you like best about the product?
It helps automate business processes and extend powerful APIs for added security. Tools in the App Cloud include: Force.com, a platform as a service (PaaS), allows admins and developers to create websites and applications with Apex that integrate into the main Salesforce.com application

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time we see delays in updating data but that might be due to partner instance configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce analytics cloud provide strong features which helped our clients to get their data easily. Multiple integration of salesforce analytics cloud to TIBCO BW and Mulesoft made that flow interesting and faster than other integration which helps to populate the data on realtime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system can be used as a standalone service, or easily added to your Salesforce productivity kit. At the moment, the company is working on delivering employee intelligence services, collated in a suite named Salesforce Einstein, and also integrated with Salesforce Analytics Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics is very useful, appreciate that it is integrated well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not work well for a small business. Not enough features. Salesforce does not have a good task manager. Integration isn't helpful if they don't have enough other services that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried using Salesforce CRM, we experimented with integrating this as well but the CRM overall didn't have the features we need. The analytic it offered were helpful but not enough.
Gets the job done and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Types to reports and filtering capabilities are really good. Self service is another good feature though I have very limited experience on that front.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is not the easiest when compared to some of the other analytics tools I have used.

Analyze ticket volume and types of service requests received by my team

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is great for reports. We are able to track numbers and the team can see them real time. They are able to compete with each other which provides a healthy competitive environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are sometimes hard to develop. I wish there was more instruction and a guide to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is a huge benefit of this as well as reporting and real time information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great system, I would suggest getting trainings on the reporting aspect of the system. This product offers so much and both companies do not use it to the extend I think they could have. This is a great tool for sales and service! This can also solve your communication issues through departments.

the seamless integration with the prospecting tools I use, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Lusha

can definitely run slow at some points, and sometimes things don't load correctly

enables me to keep track of all of the accounts and the people from those accounts I have spoken with and log conversations and keep notes to collaborate with my team as well

I love the ticket function that allows many users to edit data and track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of time to learn how to use the funtrionality.

I used tableau to make changes to the internal data flow and synchronize efforts across teams.

The flexibility to create a variety of visuals in short time and the ability to be creative to solve problems

Formatting can be tedious. Also, I often find myself googling workarounds and how-tos. I feel like the product is still a work in progress and evolving

Monthly reporting, adhocs, dashboards. The interactive reporting and drilldown is useful!

The number of different variables you can pull into a report is amazing.

The reporting can get rather complicated and confusing

Mainly just bringing down cost per unit and streamlining outbound efforts
