Awesome product
What do you like best about the product?
This makes it so easy to analyze sales and see what’s doing great and what needs to be improved
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been able to see areas that need to be improved, like more marketing for certain things
Great, but wish it was all streamlined!

Simplistic design, tasks are great, phone app makes working from home easy

different roles in company have dif view of the website (ex, lighting. My manager doesn’t use lightning and therefore has a hard time with it)

Managing customer relationships. Reminders are great with tasks

Takes some time to get used to it
Tableau simplifies data like no other application

I found Tableau to be user friendly and very helpful in representing my data in a meaningful way
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Even for beginners, it's pretty easy to figure out how to filter your data and break it down into many different formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses it for marketing purposes. We have large data sets that Tableau helps us find trends for, and our charts are easily understood at conferences.
Strong analytic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build your own reports. Filtering options seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to export reports into excel. You have to have an admin license to be able to do this and that is very expensive. Workaround is to copy and paste into excel. Not a huge deal-just a minor inconvenience. Search function to search for custom reports doesn’t work that great.

Insight into what type of clients are buying what products.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the client analytical information that this plateform can provide verses the contact manager plateform we currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say I dislike it at all! We just switched to it and so far it’s a superior plateform to contact manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force is great for client relationship management. The plateform is more efficient than contact manager and is much more user friendly.
Fast, simple, easy software with some downsides

The organization and ease of finding clients

The duplicate files of some clients will appear in different queues and agents end up calling each other’s clients

Organization of clients and ease of keeping track of follow ups and appointments.

I like how versatile the software is and the fact that they are always striving to make it better for businesses to use and succeed. Modern, Fresh, and a real powerhouse

Sometimes when we’re utilizing various aspects and/or functions on the platform, the software sometimes runs slow..,

Definitely the best data visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
user friendly: easy interaction with our without mouse, nice and clear design, much user support, does not heavy in coding so it's great for non-coding business user

To be truly free or maximize with the app, still need to have coding knowledge

I first used Tableau when I was a graduate student. Love data visualization since then.

Knowing coding will be the best but coding illiterate? It's fine
Beautiful to use and good at visualizing company data

ease of plotting the graph in whatever way, not only this it is simple to make calculated fields very little coding knowledge is required

trial and error, a lot of trial and error goes into this unless you are absolutely perfect with the tableau
